Merchant website product landing page misrepresents the item. Even tho I called Bison prior to ordering and confirmed the product, the manufacturer now states that Bison's description is not correct.
Merchant Bison charged me $69 for oversize-product freight delivery, WITH DELIVERY APPOINTMENT to be scheduled by carrier.
Oversized product mis-shipped by mfgr to OH instead of SC. When I notified Bison of errors in transport and increased risk of damage, they told me to return item at their expense, if it arrives damaged.
Package dropped off by carrier, no appointment made - no one contacted me.
Now, I'm stuck with useless, damaged product that Bison refuses to pick up. Even after sending 14 pics of all damage to product and pkging, the CS rep says that the damage is "very minimal."
I do not want partial refund. I want full refund, including shipping in and out. Too bad me. Three++ hrs wasted on Bison's errors. Very poor customer service. Multiple misrepresentations.
My first time buying from this spot I was worried since I normally shop target or other well known entities. Anyways they had a piece of furniture that was better priced than other places and free shipping was a bonus. The order arrived in time and the box was in great condition but after building the table we realized there were some manufacture defects (not bisons fault). I called Bison and they were quick to make it right. Needless to say I will consider bison for all my future furniture needs
Very impressed with their reasonable and really low costs. I was really impressed by the customer service addressing my small concern so fast and so well. They have such a huge inventory that you can get anything from them. You really need to know what you're looking for though because it's hard to search through thousands of items if you're just trying to get ideas. But if you know a specific home, office, decor item by name or manufacture you'll be able to find it on this website. Just search by name or even abbreviations. They have everything and they were excellent prices and great customer service.
I purchased a product that was damaged when I received it. BisonOffice is not responding the emails or phone calls to give my refund. Do not buy anything from this company.
My package and bed parts came damaged (cough fedex cough) and so I contacted them to help me with a return amd they were quick to respond and help me with a solution.

I would never buy from this place! I bought my daughter a baby changing table who is soon expecting. A piece broke during putting it together and tried to return. Due to not having the original packaging it came in they would not expect it. Had everything else except for that. So now I paid over $300 for something I can't return. Very poor customer service. My advice is make sure if you do buy don't get rid of anything!

I purchased 3 dining room arm chairs for my elderly mother. The chairs were very good quality and very stable (necessary for mobile/strength challenged). Unfortunately, 1 of the 3 chairs didn't come together smoothly. The customer service rep (Gabbie) was friendly and responsive and I was sent replacement parts within a week to complete the third chair. All in all, my experience was positive and I will be a returning customer.

I bought a tv stand from this company and was very happy with the purchase aside from a defect one of the doors came with. I contacted customer service via email and they got back to me within minutes! They helped me get a replacement door and it came in the mail super fast. I couldn't recommend this company enough. I'm a very happy customer.

Literally the worst most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY! I ordered a Propane Fire Pit 4 Months ago. I got the first one in and it came broken into pieces. So I ordered a replacement which took another month just to come back Broken again. Then they cut me off because their mistake and essentially said sorry there nothing we can do heres your money back. I said I dont want my money back I want my Item I waited for months for. They refused to send me another. They said its out of there hands. The Staff has some major customer service Issues

I bought dining chairs and I love the quality everything was perfect even better then the picture. I received my order in 3 days. We fast and good safe delivery. I had some issue with two of my chairs but the customer service solved it the next business day. I will order more stuff from business I would recommend everyone to buy from them. Thank you Bision
I ordered 4 chairs and they arrived a day ahead of schedule. Which is unheard of in today's world. After opening and starting to assemble the chairs I found one piece that was damaged. I emailed the company and found out what they needed from my end. After fulfilling that the replacement part was shipped out the next day. Daria whom assisted me online was tremendous to deal with the problem. If I need other products they supply I will definitely not hesitate to order.
I had a concern with an order I placed (futon). I wasn't too confident I would get a resolution. However, Bison Office's customer support is fantastic! They responded quickly and honestly. Their response time was fast, compared to other online companies I have dealt with. Additionally, their price was the best I found. Great price with outstanding customer service
I ordered a taupe color resin coffee table on June 3rd, 2022. I called company before ordering because the title says "Retangular Coffee Table Taupe" but in description color is grey and the picture showing is a taupe color resin coffee table. Customer Service confirmed the table is same color as shown in picture. I received coffee table on June 13th, 2022 in Dove Grey. Contacted Customer Service on June 13th, 2022 by email and I was given a option to keep table at a discount price or return for the correct color. I chose to return for correct color. Company ( Customer Service) keeps telling me they are waiting to hear from Warehouse when correct color table will be shipped and as of yet which is June 15th, 2022 I have not received a return paid postage label or a response when the right color of table will be shipped. I feel the company is buying time so the return deadline will pass and I will be stuck with this table. Customer Service is awful! I highly recommend not to purchase from this company and read all the negative reviews on BBB against this company.
Update: Not only was the table not the color that is described on sellers page it also only weighs 13 pounds in box. That right there is a very light thin plastic table. Definitely not worth the asking price. After many e-mails back and forth with a lot of aggravation and stress, the company finally sent me a prepaid shipping label for the return shipping of table. I just got a email my refund is being processed. The company will not reimburse you until they have the item purchased back into their possession. I will never order from this company again! I hope my review and comment helps with your decision on ordering from this company.

First before I purchased the item Overstock had it for $400 Cheaper, asked them if they would price match and they said no however there delivery was in 3 weeks and Overstock was 6 weeks away so decided to pay more to get it sooner. Well it was almost 2 weeks late anyway so I guess I should have paid the lesser price.
BEFORE the piece even left there warehouse they lowered the price on there site by $450, after 6 emails back and forth with Sophie she said I would have to cancel the order and reorder again at the lower price BUT after getting a supervisor named Carlisle I believe he adjusted my credit card which was all I was asking for.
Okay piece delivered and if you look at the pics, scratched in multiple places, handles broken, big gash in the wood, footrest was bent, legs not installed and no hardware to assemble.
Back to emailing customer service and got a lot of the runaround asking if I wanted to repackage a 270lb piece and they will send a new one blah blah blah, got a supervisor on the phone and we negotiated a $900 discount and I would go and get new handles and assemble, had I known how hard it it to find pieces for a piece from India and how much adjustments I had to make to assemble it I would have just returned it.
Not happy with the service or the way they handle there business and the quality of the piece it will do for now

Answer: There is no reason to order from them. They charge a 20% restocking free for returns and make you pay return shipping. Customer Service is non-existentnt.
