Never ever buy from this store unless you are 100% sure about the item. They make you pay for shipping returns! Ridiculous! This on top of a 15% restocking fee which they said would waive but now are charging again. They can't even honor their word. I had to pay $80 to return an item that cost 250. Really bad experience and I would NOT recommend buying from them.

We love our glider. It came perfect no dents or scratches which is important to me. It's just beautiful. The color is good too! It looks great on our deck. Very happy! Thanks so much.

I bought an outdoor Shed warehouse for the garden. The Shed came with an open box and with damage to some of the bins and a lack of part. I called the company and after showing them the damage in the pictures and asked them to just send the missing part because the rest I had already installed and straightened the tin, the part somehow delayed and the product was not to my satisfaction and asked to return, and they immediately responded to my request and returned the full price. Well done to their customer service who was in touch all the time and made sure I was happy with the solution.

A mirror we ordered for our daughter's room was damaged in transit, but Evelin quickly ensured a replacement was on its way. Super speedy response & a pleasure to work with!

Buyer beware. The site has good deals. Prices are a bit cheaper but their return policy is not buyer friendly. You pay a 15% restock fee + return shipping. I bought 2 chairs. Somehow ended up with 3 in the cart, removed 1, ordered the other 2, which were incorrect size. $440 total to buy. Restock $66 + return shipping $372. So to return them, I get $2 refund. If you are positive you won't have to return, good deal but if there is any chance you might return, buy elsewhere. I am so used to dealing with Amazon, Walmart, Lowe's and others, this return policy leaves much to be desired. Completely on my for not reading the fine print. Totally missed the part on paying for return shipping.

Found a end table on 0verstock for 250 google searched it and it came up on Bisonoffice for 160 and free shipping. I purchased and it showed up at my door 4 days later. Perfect transaction. Excellent product.

I found an office chair I loved, did a price comparison search online and Bison Office was the least expensive. I'm always slightly skeptical of ordering from a company I've never heard, but hey, it's a chair not a car. I received the chair fairly quickly in brand new condition as if I ordered from say a wayfair/staples/overstock.
Here is where they excel - there instructions for the chair were "meh". This has nothing to do with Bison, it's the manufacture. When putting together the chair, a plastic piece got stuck in the hole the chair was supposed to attach to. Turns out the hard plastic piece was supposed to be removed, but it was on the pole so tight, I assumed it stayed on (instructions had no words only pictures). I tried to get out the plastic piece zero luck. I used a knife, screwdriver and nothing! I emailed Bison Office and they replied immediately that they would assist in getting a replacement part. The next day I had some family over and I had a handy uncle fix it / remove the plastic piece for me (not sure what he did). So now the chair is able to be assembled and is perfect! It's so refreshing to receive good customer service these days which is why I'm taking time out of my day to write a review. Like me, maybe you've never heard of this company, but be rest assured they are legit and a company that apparently cares.

I purchased two sets of bar stools after market survey. They were available at many retailers but Bisonoffice furniture prices were best. One stool leg came broken but was replaced by the company. I would say their customer service is excellent.

We ordered a new sandbox for my children. The Sandlock sandbox. Bison office had the cheapest price for the sandbox. Fast shipping and the Quality of this sandbox is exceptional! Five stars for Bison Office and five stars for Sandlock Sandbox.

My armoire was busted in shipping. I'm speaking with office staff currently to get remedied. She keeps telling me to send more pics. I've sent 7. Now she's saying there's miscommunication. All I know is I'm out the money. Bison Office has the money and I have a busted armoire. Literally getting nowhere!

I ordered a small end table which was missing a part in the shipment and they worked tirelessly to make sure the missing part was sent to me! Great customer service!

I bought a TV stand from this company since it was the lowest priced one. I was not familiar with the company but decided to order as the price was attractive. Unfortunately when the TV stand was delivered, it was damaged. I was prepared to be given a runaround from the Company. Contrary to my expectations, the quickness and efficiency with which customer serviced managed to replace the damaged TV stand was just amazing... way beyond my expectations. Within less than a week, i had the replacement TV stand. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. I highly recommend this website.

Originally skeptical because of great prices that were the cheapest around. I received my product and missing hardware and had a manufacturer defect (was not bison offices fault) and BisonOffice went above and beyond what was expected. Certainly will be shopping from them again and cannot recommend them enough. They quickly addressed my concerns with the product and were amazing. 10/10 business.

I needed to return an item and they were very helpful and quickly sent a return slip and a refund. They were extremely courteous, helpful and expeditious. It was a pleasure to work with them. Wish I could have kept the item.

I ordered an bed love it a few pieces was missing but they was so punctual and professional with their customer service I didn't miss a beat, get all my parts bed is the best will be ordering more very soon

I had purchased a desk from Bison Office and I mistakenly misread the measurements and discovered I could not use the desk. I called the customer service line and an actual person answered. They were very professional and helpful and went above and beyond to make the return process simple and easy. I had a lot of question and spoke with two different people and they were very patient and helpful. The quality of the desk was top-notch and was disappointed I was not able to use it. I have bought products from Bison in the past and the quality of the product has always been very good. The friendly staff and effort was worth mentioning because great customer service seems hard to come by these days but the people at Binson Office do truly care about helping and providing great products with a great service.

My product arrived damaged with a big whole in the box. Contacted them for replacement parts and were backordered till May was offered a $100 to keep as is, however I DID NOT KNOW the product was misaligned very badly and could not be put together and had to be thrown away. The first pantry and side board were also misaligned but were able to put 2gether. As you can see from the pictures almost the whole pantry was chipped, scratched and chuncks of wood missing. Will never order from this company!

I had a product that showed up damaged from the shipping process. After reaching out to Bison Office's customer service team, the turn around time of receiving a replacement was handled very quickly. I was extremely pleased with the communication and response time from their staff. Because of this interaction I will continue to purchase office furniture from them.

Received my tropical cabinet with a dented in corner. Bison reimbursed me for damages within one day of sending them an email with pictures. They were so professional and a pleasure to deal with! I will definitely buy from them again!
