Of late, both Amazon and Wayfair have disappointed,
After many prior years, decades, of superb service.
Recently ordered a ceiling-height closet via Wayfair,
Only to experience an Inferno of difficulties;
We all know how that goes, eh?
Arduous is the word, trying to cancel~~
PayPal ultimately resolved; their 'dispute' system
Is well beyond admirable!
Meanwhile, after intense online searches,
Discovered the same item at Bison Office;
At nearly 30% less!
Seriously? YES
Ordering and delivery moved smoothly.
During unpacking, however, discovered rather
Nasty damage to the upper corner of the
Huge lower back panel.
Not via FedEx...
All four boxes arrived in perfect condition!
Contacted Bison to alert them to potential
Failure of the manufacturer's Quality Control.
They responded promptly, offering to replace
The item, which was moot, as the closet was
Already assembled, and replacing would
Involve further installation appointments and
Cost.
Again, Bison responded promptly,
And unexpectedly credited a small discount.
This is a first, in many decades of ordering online!

We recently purchased a kitchen table and four chairs. They were received quickly and we are delighted with the quality and value of the set. We did contact customer service and received a very fast response and excellent service. Would highly recommend and would purchase from them again in the future.
I wanted to buy a cabinet murphy bed that was on sale for a little over $2,000. I tried to check out on a Sunday but had some questions on the delivery process. I called customer service number but they were closed. I called first thing on Monday to ask about the delivery process and got my question answered. After hanging up, I tried to check out and the sale was still present on their website. I put the item in my cart but the cart was not reflecting that in my cart. I called back and the representative acknowledged that the price is not reflecting in the cart. She advised to email support and send the screenshots to have the price adjusted. I sent the pictures and screenshot of the sale over email thats not reflecting in the cart. Customer support emailed back and said that the sale is over and they can not adjust the price even though it was their website glitching and the sale was on when I was trying to check out. I would not recommend to work with a company that does not honor their prices and do anything to solve a mistake. Very disappointing

I ordered a beautiful ceiling light fixture that was delivered with a damaged part. It could've happened in manufacturing or transit. Although slightly disappointed, that stuff happens and I'm sure was not the fault of Bison. I'm grateful for Noah in customer service who assisted me in getting a replacement part delivered to enjoy our beautiful light.

I reached out to company because a piece broke. They were so quick and helpful! They got me a replacement part immediately!
I purchased four pieces of Sauder Furniture to decorate my new office. The items all arrived in perfect condition, but one piece was missing. Bison Furniture immediately started researching the issue and located the missing item. It was shipped out immediately and Bison continually updated me on the status. My office looks so beautiful and I love the furniture.
My husband bought me two stools in October for Christmas from Bison. A guest sat on one Christmas Day and it cracked underneath and was tipping forward. I reached out to Bison by email and was lucky enough to be connected to Daria. Within a couple of days she had researched it and offered to ship a new stool in a few days by FedEx. And did not want the other one back. She was courteous all along the way and made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend this company as to product selection, price and service! Susi
Great company to deal with. I ordered coffee table and it came damaged couple time. Was very easy to find a himan to talk and solve the proplem. They went about and beyond to make me happy. Thank you soo much! The only suggestion is please pack your product better. It will save you money and time.
I purchased the Tuscany Reclaimed Pine End Table for my home. I needed a table wide enough to hold the weight of my varidesk. It arrived very well packaged, had all the tools and screws necessary, clear instructions, easily constructed and a truly great piece of furniture. This isn't cheap wood, it is thick, chunky and sturdy. I had an issue with delivery from fedex that I was unable to resolve. One quick call to their customer service dept who remedied the issue right away and I received the package in a day. Thank you! I will definitely come back for any future needs.
Purchased a desk from Bison Office- this desk was offered on multiple different sites but was marked up. My original desk came damaged and I reached out to Bison Office customer service who was so kind, quick and responsive. They sent me a completely new replacement day off. Would highly recommend and will purchase from them again.
Bison Office provided great service, excellent pricing, and fast delivery. The outdoor chairs I received were well packaged. I couldn't ask for anything more!
Our bookshelves arrived damaged in ripped boxes. The interior packing material was likewise ripped open. It took a week for them to respond to our report of the problem and now they won't pay to return the items. This isn't a case of not liking the quality (which was poor, by the way), it's a case of receiving damaged items and a company not taking responsibility for that. We also have to lug the boxes back to Fedex ourselves rather than Bison arranging for a pickup. Do not purchase anything from this company unless you see it in person first or be prepared for a length return process where you will end up with a hefty bill for nothing.

This company is a NIGHTMARE!
Do not use this company! Please listen to me. I'm trying to save you your money!
They misrepresent products, send lesser knock off products rather than what is described and photographed. THEN, if you need to return because it's WRONG, they say YOU MUST PAY RETURN SHIPPING and a restock fee! THEY sent a lesser quality, Wrong item, and expected ME to pay $800 for return! My chairs cost me almost $700.
They WILL NOT budge once they get your money. Please people, go to BBB and read these complaints. They are all VERY SIMILAR to what happened to me! I'm stuck with these chairs that cost alot for me- I can't use them. They're CHEAPLY MADE - not iron like described- NOT at all an antique gold, and you can clearly see the curved bars on the chairs I received. The chairs advertised do not have bars.
I needed to clarify the hue of "white" offered on a product bisonoffice.com was selling on Amazon. Nora answered the number listed on Amazon's website for this business. Our initial conversation ended with a promise to contact me with a follow-up. And she did! On the same day, too! Her follow-up gave me a phone number, which led me to the answer I needed. I was quite impressed with her perseverance, professionalism and friendly manner, In the last few years, my experience with numerous other businesses, have left me feeling undervalued by their dropped or unanswered calls, uninformed or rude employees Nora, at Bison Office, was a breath of fresh air for me. Thank you for the good experience.
The furniture I ordered had one chair that had manufacturing problems but Bison resolved it quickly and competently. That got a replacement part shipped out very fast and it resolved my issue. Very responsive customer service for product help.
Today I received a console table that I had ordered from Bison Office Furniture. Specifically, it was: Console Table, Belen Kox, Product ID: ******* ($360.29). My review will be very honest; the good and the bad. First the good. The site was easy to navigate, the variety of items in the genre I was looking for (console tables) was excellent, ordering was a breeze, I was not charged for shipping or sales tax (I'm an out of state customer but some places still want to charge the tax - keep that money for themselves?), the item was well packaged, shipping was fast, and it was easy to build. Now for the bad or more accurately, the disappointment. The quality of the table - and it wasn't a cheap piece - was not what I expected. Most glaring was the top piece which is the most important. The wood tone is significantly darker than the bottom shelf and the legs. It had been varnished/lacquered which is fine, but it appears that when they inlaid the centerpiece, there was excess glue that they did not completely clean off the adjacent wood before varnishing. As a result, in the light you can clearly see disturbances on the wood surface in those areas. Since there was a varnish applied, there is no way for me to attempt to repair it. There are also several small places on the top piece where the staining of the wood did not take properly so they are significantly lighter. Again, I can't repair them because they are under the varnish. Finally, the center inlay is not well done. It was pieced together and the glue that was used to affix the different pieces protruded through the joints but wasn't properly cleaned before varnishing. The result is a discoloration in several areas of the inlay.
This piece was made in Vietnam, which from my experience generally produces quality furniture, but in this case the quality was lacking. I guess I shouldn't complain about the quality of the workmanship from people who probably make less than $10 a day manufacturing this furniture. I just wish there was more quality control as there is a lot to like about this piece for my specific need.
I'm not going to return it because in balance the positives outweigh the negatives. I just wish the top piece would have matched the color wood of the legs and bottom shelf and would have been touched up to correct the defects before it was varnished.

Ordered a small dinette set to fit in our office breakroom, sizes and description are what was advertised. Very happy with the quick shipping and service. Would use this company again.
Their prices are pretty good but you better hope you don't need to return in anything. I was finally able to get them to send me a shipping label to return a chair that I purchased. I send back the chair and they simply kept the chair and my money, no refund was ever issued! When I email their customer service I only get automated responses back. This company is based in China and you cannot talk to anyone on the phone. Now I have no chair nor the money I paid.

I ordered mailboxes from Bison Office. The shipment was delivered ahead of the estimated date. Unfortunately the wrong color was sent. The folks as Bison Office resolved the issue quickly and shipped out replacements before I had time to send back the first shipment.
Answer: There is no reason to order from them. They charge a 20% restocking free for returns and make you pay return shipping. Customer Service is non-existentnt.
