I ordered a replacement canopy for my Sun Joy gazebo. Unfortunately I received the wrong one. It was learned that Sun Joy made 2 different gazebos with the same exact item number. Bison Office did not have the one I needed so they were willing to allow me to return it. They did waive the re-stocking fee but I still had to pay shipping costs for the return. Over all they were a good company to deal with and the customer service representative named Lucas who I dealt with was great.
Wrong items sent with several requests for me to take picture after picture. One week and no resolution thus far. I ordered eight outdoor patio chairs and was sent 8 cheap restaurant type of chairs - indoor chairs no less. I've sent pictures of the boxes, labels on the boxes, one of the eight incorrect chairs, and a photo of the ones I actually ordered. STILL ONE WEEK LATER AND THEY WANT ME TO REMOVE ALL OF THE CHAIRS AND SEND A PICTURE - THEN PACK THEM UP AGAIN. The boxes are falling apart. Enough is enough. It's not rocket science. Just arrange for them to be removed. I want my money back and will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. DON'T ORDED ANYTHING FROM THEM.
They ship damaged items then try to get you to keep them. When I told them I wanted to return a damaged item, they asked for pictures. When I sent the pictures, they said they weren't good enough pictures! Deny my claim because I'm not a photographer?! This proves to me that you knew the items were damaged in the first place. You people are criminals and you deserve to go out of business.

Bought 2 expensive items, tried to cancel item #1 before it was shipped but they said they couldnt find my order, so 2 hours later i get am email saying item #1 was shipped. Then item #2 arrived totally broken so now it is in transit back to them. Item #1 was returned to them today. I got a confirmation and signature verification from FedEx that shows they received the item back, but i called them and they said they did not get it, and they can not find the order. WHAT? Then i was sent another email saying i would have to pay a re-stocking fee, and a return shipping fee for item #1. They claim they didnt receive it back but i have to pay that? Makes no sense. I purchased these through Walmart. Com, and i have already contacted Walmart to let them know what is going on with this crooked seller. Hopefully Walmart will drop them from their site. Meanwhile i am out $1700 :/

I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing my vanity. The vanity was listed cheaper here which is why I purchased it here. The porcelain sink was completely cracked and the side of the box was also damaged where the crack was located indicating that the courier damaged the box. They will not accept the return and told me that I have to purchase the replacement sink myself! Bison Office thrives on making your life miserable. They need to be reported to BBB immediately!

Bought on Amazon and Bison was the seller. Nowhere on the sellers page could I find a mention of a 20% restocking fee. Then I sent back the unopened item via fedex. 3 weeks go by and no refund. I contacted them and now they say I have to email the tracking number for proof of delivery even though they already have the item with the proper return authorization number. Very unethical.

Their prices were good. Not the lowest, but had a good selection and I just wanted to buy from one place. Something was delivered damaged. They said they would only give what amounted to a 6% refund. They would not entertain replacing it. Go somewhere else.

I bought a rug from them because they were less expensive but what I saw on the website vs what I received was completely different. They gave the excuse that a professional photographer took the pictures and the lighting was different. That is a lie. I even sent them side by side pictures which showed two completely different colors and they still wouldn't waive the restocking fee of 15%. Don't buy from them.

Do yourself a favor-- no need to buy from them; all that they have is available elsewhere for the same price.

Make sure you keep that original torn up box it came in or you wont be able to return it. Never buy from this company unless you can afford to theow your money away. I bought it through another selling site but because of the return policy I cant return it because I dont have the original box. Like most people I throw the boxes away after opening. Never been will this company get another penny from me.

Seller misleads customers as to return policy. I went to return and item they said I had to pay a 20% restocking fee. This was never listed in the order process or under the "returns and refunds" section of the seller's description. When I inquired with customer support I got a rude message saying the refund policy was listed under the "help" section rather than the "return and refund" section. How does that make any sense? They were unwilling to acknowledge the issue or correct it. I would NOT RECOMMEND Bison Office.

I ordered a loveseat through Amazon.com and the seller was Bison Office. Bison Office arranged to have a 2nd delivery driver with R & L Freight assist with the delivery as Bison only delivers to curb. The cost was an additional $60 paid via credit card over the phone with a Bison representative named *. The cost of my loveseat was over $700. The delivery was delayed twice by the company. When I called to cancel the order because they could not deliver as scheduled they said they would check on the cause and get back to me. The next night with no advance notice at 7:48pm a single delivery driver from R & L Freight came to my door insisting on delivery the loveseat but only to the curb. I am 62 years old and disabled, my mother lives with me at age 87. Neither of us could get the loveseat from the curb to inside my home. Since I paid for a 2nd delivery person and the additional staff did not come I refused the loveseat. Bison Office charged me almost $400 to restock the product. They blame me for not accepting the product only to return it and will not reimburse me the full amount of my purchase. Amazon prime of which I am a member claims they have done all they can and I am only getting $384.00 credit to my Amazon credit account. The delivery driver from R & L Freight ran over and damaged my landscaping including dislodging some rail road ties in the front/side of my yard. They took responsibility and sent a landscaper out to put the rail road ties back to their original location and raked the gravel back to its original location. R & L Freight accepted responsibility and I would use them again, however, Bison Office is not an honorable company and I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone else. I am very disappointed in Amazon Prime and will not be using them unless I can not find another vendor selling the products that I am looking for. All of the information I have included in this review can be verified by recorded telephone conversations by me (Texas is a one person must know state).

Never got my $400 order, I tried calling, no one ever picked up or responded, I emailed, no response. The tracking number for my order didn't work. I tried the online chat function, got a response but it was very rude. This is my first bad experience shopping online, I would recommend not doing business with this company.

I placed an order for two desks. They arrived and after opening one of the packages we noticed the top of one of the desks had a crack in the laminate. I contacted customer service and I was extremely pleased with the ease of reporting the damage and receiving the replacement piece. I love both desks and because of their exceptional customer service I am purchasing another one through them. It pays to take good care of your customers because it will keep them coming back if they know they are treated with care and concern. Thank you!!
Buyers beware! Do not buy from these people. They do not return. I was sent a completely destroyed bathroom vanity that i paid $750 for. They would not take it back. They said the best they can do is refund $200. Horrible horrible company! I will never do business with these people.

Ordered 3 HON brand desks and a file cabinet directly from BisonOffice. Arrived at my house 3 days later (unbelievable really). Shipped directly from HON to my house via a logistics company. Packaged onto a custom pallet and fiber cinch-strapped to the pallet with good squishy cardboard padding, no damage at all, not even a dent on the boxes. Also, a B&W picture of the custom packing was affixed to the outside of the package showing what it should look like so you know its all intact before accepting shipment.
Can't say that I have had a better experience with bulk-shipped items, and the price was outstanding for the quality. Exceeded my expectations!
Our office has been purchasing supplies from BisonOffice for over 2 years. We use lots of paper. Monthly needs. Easy to reorder, price is great, quick deliveries - no complains.
Once we had a slightly damaged box. UPS's fault, but Bison reshipped it right away at no charge.

Be sure to view your product as soon as it arrives. They only provided a one week window for returns or exchanges. One filing cabinet had a dent in the corner. The other had a problem with the locking mechanism.

I purchased a Crosley wall phone from Bison Office on Amazon. The phone was defective and when i requested a replacement was advised that they only provide a seven day warranty! I contacted Crosley customer service and was told they actually provide a one year warranty and would exchange it for me. Do not purchase from Bison. I will notify Amazon that they should not sell their products.
