On more than one occasion I have reached out to the customer service at bison and they have responded promptly as well as gone above and beyond any expectations I had to help me out with questions and concerns that I had. They've demonstrated a very professional and helpful attitude in every case.
I purchased a rug from Bison Office, and they sent an entirely different rug than what was ordered. I contacted them and they agreed to send a replacement rug that was correct. The replacement was awful in appearance and not at all like the one pictured on their website. I emailed them three times to get a second replacement or a refund but did not hear back from them. I contacted PayPal to file a complaint and Bison Office replied, stating that they responded to my emails, even stating that they sent a return shipping label. I received a voicemail from them a couple of days later but when I called the number provided, I was prompted to enter the star symbol and an extension or person's name. However, each time I tried to do so the phone disconnected, and this matter is still not resolved. I am posting this message to make others aware so they can avoid the same problem I'm having with Bison Office.
I have ordered a microwave from Amazon not knowing anything about this company. When it arrived the box was in perfect condition. I bought it for a remodel so I did not open it right away. When we did open it we found that the microwave looked like it had been dropped from a second story. Bashed in and broken parts inside. Since the purchase date was more then 30 day they would not refund or replace. Lesson learned. So I ordered the same microwave from Walmart. They listed a different seller than Bison. When It arrived today, box in perfect condition again. This one is badly damaged also. These have to be damaged before packing or repackaged for resale. Beware of this company!.
I ordered 6 dining room chairs and 4 were damaged in the first delivery. I sent pictures of the boxes and Bison sent out 4 more chairs right away. 2 were damaged in that shipment... but it looked like manufacturing. Again they send out 2 more chairs. They were so friendly, responsive and timely. I love the chairs and would definitely order from Bison again.
I sent pictures of the box (which looked like it had been stored in a very dirty warehouse) and 6 pictures of gouges missing in the furniture. A big long scrape was on the front leg. Their response "Since this item is distressed, it may be irregularly finished". How silly of me to think a big long scratch into the finish was part of being distressed. Stay away from this outfit or you will find yourself distressed as I was.
They twice cancelled my purchase and said I needed to pay with PayPal. I also had to email them twice to get them to refund the purchase they cancelled. I do not recommend purchasing with this company
I really find this company Great, they are doing a very good job on Amazon as third party sellers. Gazebo received was very early And 100% intact. They even asked for my opinion on the experience
Their exchange process is total BS! I will be telling everyone I know how shady this company is. I purchased something from them that many of my friends also wanted to buy but I will be referring them to another company instead.
I placed an order with Bison Office Furniture on May 20th, 2019 for $1800 worth of patio furniture. On May 30th, I received an email indicating that it had shipped. Today I tried tracking it with the number that they provided (which by the way was the same number as my online order number) but it comes up invalid for that shipper. When I contacted Bison to obtain the correct tracking info, not only are they unable to supply the info, they don't even know where the furniture is or who the correct carrier is. I have opened a dispute with PayPal indicating that I want a full refund to my credit card. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a more respectable and reputable retailer.
Honest communication, fast issue resolving Time. My wall bed arrived damaged, but they were quick to fix mistake.
5 star rating for excellence in delivering my large order for chairs for charity event earlier than expected, giving us some extra time to prepare and feel safe!
I ordered the wrong color. They will not accept, return or pay for shipping back. The worse quality product and customer service I've ever experienced in my life. They should be shut down.
If you make a mistake in ordering the wrong product you'll never get your money back! They are not truthful in their advertising. Stay away! Use reliable companies that will replace your products even if the item is a bit more in price.

I ordered a table that was too big, i wanted to return this one and get a smaller one. A 700 dollar table is costing me OVER 400 dollars to return because of restocking fee and shipping. This is the WORST company I've EVER dealt with! Please DO NOT order from them.

Do not order from this company. If there is a problem with the purchase they 1) may not agree to any refund; 2) if they do agree, they make the customer pay shipping costs-even if the problem is on their end; and 3) charge customer a 20% restocking fee!

Terrible customer service. Stay away from them. If you need to return an item they charge you a restocking fee plus they charge you to return the items. They have a terrible attitude no customer service whatsoever. If you buy an item your basically stuck with the item because the restocking fee is an arm and a leg plus the shipping cost. They don't even deserve a #1 they deserve a negative #0

The dresser I purchased is 31 inches from the floor to the top (which IS said on their website). What they failed to disclose was the horizontal length. We measured it and it's only 18 inches wide. This is a dresser that can only be utilized to hold junk or for looks. I paid almost $200 and can't use the dresser for what I intended, and that's clothes! It's also made cheaply. It's definitely not wood. I gave it 2 stars because it came quick (3 days sooner than expected), LOOKS nice, and came assembled.

Price was the lowest around And the Business seems to be honest And customer oriented. All i need from my supplier. Quality is decent.
