Ordered a book 8/19.
Went back to check on 8/26 because I'd heard nothing about a shipping date.
They showed that my order was cancelled and refunded, but had never bothered to tell me.
I have asked and they still have not explained why the order was cancelled.
In fact, today 9/2 I got an email asking to "confirm receipt of my order" or to "Check the order status If you have questions".
Buncha morons. Good employees should find jobs with some company that will last.

I discovered BiggerBooks via a web search for a specific out-of-print book that I'd had some trouble finding at a reasonable price. BiggerBooks presented as having it available, in like new condition, and for cover price, so I ordered it immediately. But like all things too good to be true, the book never shipped, and BB never updated me on its availability. I've gotten more response from Sitejabber than from BB.

Poor tracking. Poor shipping material. Thankful it wasn't damaged. Should have used padded mailer for a $220+ book.

I found my book for the best price here, it was at least $40 cheaper than other places I order/rent from.

We were not able to apply our tax exemption at the time of purchase. It was attached to purchase and emailed, but we now have to go through a sales tax refund process.

Did not arrive on time said. Said it would arrive in a week but did not come.

I love buying used books since they're usually cheaper than renting and I'm able to make notes & highlight without worry.

Glad I found this. I hope it's not a scam because this book is not cheap!

It was very simple and could find the books I needed.

Fast shipping. Great condition. Easy to navigate the site.

Ordered a book on July 17. Credit card was charged. Book was never shipped, and not received. Inquiries to the seller have gone unanswered. NEVER BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

They don't even deserve one star. They canceled my daughter's textbook without any notice or communications. After three weeks I contacted them to find out it was cancelled. In the meantime they doubled the price of the book and offered no remedy nor refund until I contacted them.
Be VERY CAUTIOUS!

I could not get the book I ordered to download off the site immediately after I ordered on June 28 and now I can't even get logged into the site

I did not receive the book & no contact from Bigger Books after my reaching out.

I never received a notice of cancellation and had to check my account to learn that my order had been canceled.

First time ordering through Biggerbooks. I did not receive any shipping notification even after the initial 4-5 days of processing time, so I thought it was sketch. Eventually discovered I had to login to see the status/tracking information despite the initial order confirmation stating to expect a shipping notification via email. It was delivered 2 weeks later. Other than that, the book itself came in excellent condition wrapped within envelope cardboard packing.

The book was advertised and I was billed for it but it turned out not to be available. I was credited the full amount, but I should never have been allowed to place my order in the first place. To be fair, I had the same issue with other vendors advertising the same book and on their sites the book is still listed. At least Bigger Books seems to have removed it.

Excited for book, for order to be cancelled due to none in stock

Book did not arrive by expected date. It was two days late, even though I paid for Expedited Shipping.
