It came busted. The spine was literally off the book. SO i dont know what to and hot fix the book. I
Other than the fact that the shipping cost was DOUBLE what the cost of the actual book was, everything else was fine. I needed the book for a class so I had no choice but to pay for it, but thankfully this was the only website that could get the book to me within a week. Everyone else needed minimum of two weeks to send it to me, unless I paid outrageous amounts to have it shipped sooner.

Horrible! I placed an order for a textbook about three weeks ago and the order said it would arrive in about 10 days. It finally arrived at the post office a few days ago. However, it is now being sent back to the seller because "they don't deliver to PO boxes". Hello Bigger Books: maybe you should state that you don't ship to PO Boxes like every other company! Don't allow the transaction to go through if you're not planning on delivering the product! The shipping was $19 which was shown before the order, but that's ridiculous!
For anyone who needs a textbook, stick with Amazon. It may take longer but you get what you pay for.
Not only did a book the said was in stock not in stock. When the finally sent it. The box was empty and the didn't have a book or even my book to resend. It took a month to not get my book.
I ordered a book online, but it was abruptly cancelled. Only a portion of my money was refunded. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEY WILL STILL YOUR MONEY! Legal action is what they are seeking.
Ordered my book on the 9th of September, didn't arrive until the 24th. Paid for higher priority shipping as they give that option, not knowing that it was a scam. Promised date was the 15th with that extra payment on shipping (almost $10 extra). I emailed multiple times about my refund on the pointless payment on shipping as my order was most definitely not prioritized at all. Didn't receive any reply until today (Oct. 1st) and they themselves said that the higher payment options on shipping don't make it ship faster at all amongst saying that it did deliver on time which was nowhere close to what happened even with the new delivery date they gave me on their package tracking which was the 20th (that I only found out days after it was originally supposed to be delivered.) They're literally misleading and stealing money from people. They're refusing to refund the shipping I paid when I could've just selected free shipping and got it on the same date or not used them at all as I could've gotten my book anywhere else in less time. Horrible customer service, horrible business. Their books are also not lower pricing either, get your books literally anywhere else. Amazon has way lower prices and guaranteed shipping for what you pay and also don't treat their customers like trash. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ITS A FREAKING SCAM. THEYRE JUST STEALING MONEY FROM STUDENTS WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. IM LIVID.
I ordered a $150 textbook and paid for expedited shipping. I was sent the wrong book. I then chose to order the textbook from a different company because I was told I would not be sent a replacement from BiggerBooks until I had returned the incorrect book. By this point I was in a time crunch because my daughter was starting school and needed the book. I mailed the incorrect book back two days after I received it. Two weeks later I had not received a refund. I tried calling the company. There are NO customer service representatives available by phone. I did the live chat on several occasions, spending HOURS of my day waiting in line to speak to someone. I finally chatted with someone who informed me it would take up to 7 days to re-shelve the incorrect book and then another THIRTY days to receive my refund. 30 days? Absolute nonsense. This was a mistake made by the company. They sent me the wrong book. Now they're holding $150 plus almost $20 in shipping fees for THIRTY days. Horrible customer service. Horrible response time to emails, etc. No regard for the customer's time. Very disappointing.
There were shipping issues even though I paid for shipping. I was guaranteed to receive the book in 10 days but it still hadnt shipped 2 weeks later. I canceled my order before it was shipped and received an email 2 days later that my book had been shipped anyway! Never received a response from customer service. I got the book in the mail and immediately shipped it back. Had to pay for the return shipping too! Book cost me $123, they kept $13 dollars for shipping the book to me and I had to pay $10.50 to ship the book back. I just shipped it back today, lets see how long my $100 refund takes or if they even admit to receiving the return. Do NOT use this company. Considering reporting to the Better Business Beauro.
Run as fast as you can away from this business. I ordered a book from the company and was immediately charged for the book and shipping. Two days later, the company advised me that it did not have--and could not get--the book I ordered. The company then refunded the price of the book but has refused to refund the shipping charge. I have contacted the company twice, but it insists that it cannot refund shipping charges. It takes this position even though, as I have twice pointed out, it never shipped anything. What a racket. With this pattern, it seeks to steal money from customers by taking orders for books it does not have, and then keeping the shipping charges for items it never ships.
I found this site and glad I did. Saved money and easy to navigate. My turn around time was fast and easy. NO stress at all.
I recommend this site who needs books.
Affordable prices and huge inventory.
I price check all of my textbooks and Bigger Books had the best price anywhere. The book was a little beat up from the previous owner around the edges, but otherwise a great buy.

I ordered my textbook they sent me a confirmation email and then a couple days later i received an email that said the book was out of stock and that they were restocking to then get an email that said my order was cancelled. Still waiting on my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
I never got my book. They told me right before the semester started that the order was cancelled. I still have not got my money back.
This company is part of a network of online scams! This company operates under 5 different names and rents books it does not have - meaning that you are unlikely to receive your books when you need them.
