I had some problems "navigating" your website! As I noted, I had problems with Target's website and could not arrange to pay for the book there!

One of my classes required me to get 3 books that were all fairly pricey, but BiggerBooks offered much more affordable rent options for these books. Although one of the books was on back order for an extra week than I was expecting, all of the books arrived in perfect condition.

Payed for 2 day shipping and did not get the item for a week. Some lame excuse was given. I requested my additional services to be repaid. Denied

The book was marked with dozens of highlights in a variety of colors. It is not very readable.

Ordered a book for my daughter and had it shipped direct to her. I know she received it, but have not heard about the condition of the book. I assume it will suffice. Glad you had a copy at a decent price. This book was becoming scarce.

On top of that, the customer service was responsive, polite, and very supportive in helping me to correct a shipping mistake very quickly. I felt listened to and that the service representative was a caring person who want to help me with a mistake I made when ordering the items. She could have said no, but it seemed to me that saying yes made her as happy as it did me. Great job.
