I only did the first session so far. I had a bit of a challenge to understand what was explanation of the exercise and the exercise itself. It would be great if we had a clear indication to "now see what the exercise is" then time to get in position, then start the exercise.
But so far, I am happy with the little workout.
If you're trying to get fit and want to try something new, different than most workout apps and most importantly it's fun! It's easy to stick with this workout routine bc it's fun and not a typical workout routine, therefore it keeps you motivated and engaged throughout the workout routine. Highly recommended!
