I have been doing BetterMe for two weeks, but I really am enjoying it. I have tried lots of exercise programs and I just never made it past a week. I like that they switch it up. I like this app it is easy and intuitive. You think the workouts are easy, but they're getting your heart rate up and strengthening your body. The food log is super easy with the AI in her face. It has a lot to offer and it is worth the money, especially when on sale.

I have only been using BetterMe for 1 week. My career as a restaurant owner makes it challenging to get workouts in, but I have found the notifications and encouragement the app provides very helpful. I like the videos and the option to do more if I feel like it. I am currently using the app to track weight and workouts. In addition to the daily routines, I have cut out most bread and reduced my alcohol consumption, and have lost 7 lbs.

As a new member I can say everything is working out good. If you add a coach is even more smooth. You able to get a workout that meets your standards if you have any problems with your body. I love it so far.
I'm up for my 6am, sometimes earlier but I really love the form of exercise. I just turned 65 and this is the first exercise program that I like and will stick too it.
So far I have gotten a lot of meal plans that I can't wait to prepare! It's all the kind of foods I love even the natural juices and spices. It has also helped me with my mental health also.

It took me a few days to begin my training, about five days into the program. While I did not use the program, I did take the time to read up on things. Once I understood the program and started using it I'm hooked. I feel good after every workout. I like most of all the explanation on how to perform the exercise properly and it also gives you a video. Can't do better than that. My shirts are fitting me better already and if I keep it up, I think I'll me my goal by my 64th this march.
This program is motivating and for the most part manageable. It would help if alternate exercises were provided for some exercise, such as chair sit for arm curls instead of fold back kneeling which is hard on older knees. But if one is too difficult I substitute a position or exercise.
I have been using this app for 2 weeks now. So far I have really been liking the convenience of it. You can keep track of your water and calorie intake, also, get your daily work out in the place. They also have options for daily readings and much more.
