It has been great so far. Only suggestion I could make is to not have so long in between each exercise. It shows what the next move is. 2-3 seconds would be adequate turnaround. Thank you.

I love how user friendly this app is. Everything is laid out very simply and its easy to access. I also appreciate guidelines and clear direction. I have struggled with wanting to get in shape for a long time but bc of my neck and back issues my core has become so weak over the years that there's no way I could just go to the gym. This is EXACTLY what I was hoping for! It's private in my home, no equipment needed unless you want to use a mat. All it takes is the commitment of 15mins a day and eating healthy and it works! My core is already stronger and it's only been 6days and I've lost 4lbs already! And I'm proud of myself for the 1st time in a long time. I'm definitely a fan! Do it! Thank you BetterMe!

I like the app and its functionality. I think the workouts could be a little bit longer and harder but I like that you can add a workout at the end. Also, the voice could be less automated and the music could be more on trend. But I'm liking it so far, thank you!

The workouts have been at just the right pace, I love that I can add on an extra workout if I feel up to it! I appreciate the countdown, and the different models to follow. So far it's been motivating, and rewarding, despite being an easy on ramp, I'm still sore, so I know it's working! I needed to regain flexibility and this will help me! My qualms are the robot voice (not very personal) and the fact that you don't see the model getting into the pose, sometimes you don't know how to start, and it only shows her already going for it mid exercise… based off the adds I thought it would be overall more personal, less robotic.
