App not what I expected at all. I cancelled my subscription before the automatic renewal.
They still deducted funds from my account. When I queried this they responded with a cancellation confirmation but no response on my refunds.
I've tried all contact details I could find but am getting no response. Even referred a complaint to their CEO however still no response

I made a request since January to Unsubscribe me and I also tried to do it myself but apparently it didn't work as my card is still being charged. There has been a total neglect to my request. I should be able to cancel without so much complications if they really do care. I do not recommend BetterMe to anyone, due to the total neglect and for not being transparent with cancelation procedures. It should be as easy just as for registration.

The app would save my information for a couple of days and then my info would disappear. This happen 3 times. I tried multiple times to contact customer service and they never contacted me back. Now that I have threaten to call BBB they are reaching back to me to and "attempting" to correct my issue. BetterMe app needs to have better customer service that understand customer needs! By the way, they still charged me $149 after no use of the app for almost 4 weeks.

As soon as I completed the online payment they tried to sell me other products to do the same thing, which would imply that what I have just paid for doesn't work.
Since completing the payment I have heard nothing absolutely nothing. They take your money and disappear.

I received the email regarding there service and I was interested and sign for basic one a they withdrawn the money from my card later I send the my multiple request how it will work but no reply. So I gave up thinking I made a mistake and I will not trust any sites but suddenly after 6 months I received the message from my debit card that betterme $550 amount got rejected so I checked my bank as for online I don't keep much balance in my card so it was $450 in my card so I checked the amount was there but after 10 mins I received another message that better me $426 transition is successful and I checked they withdrawn $426 with my approval.
This website if fraud please be careful with this kind of scam big scammer.

I'm so disappointed that I subscribed to this site! Anyway, total scam. Paid the first months reduced fee and received nothing at all. I sent over 20 emails and received 1 back which was to fob me off. I have since reported them as Fraud with my bank and have put a block on them. However, because they are "crafty" in the words of my Bank, they slightly change their name each month when they take their subscription, so you have to go through the whole clawback process. So far they've used BetterMe App - Pil and lately BetterMe Keto App Nicosia CY. They've just taken £37.19 without authorisation. I've been refunded from my bank, but it's been a nightmare. You cannot unsubscribe because you don't (in my case) receive the app, and because it's a subscription, the bank cannot do anything other than to put a block on the company name which in itself is difficult as they change it. Total scam app located in Russia apparently! Anyway, stay well clear from this and others of a similar style of advertising under different names. Everytime I see an ad I check it out and if it's BetterMe I leave negative comments to warn people so they don't lose money too.!

The app worked great for the first month but at the beginning of the next month (after I got billed for the next month, I got logged out and none of my PWs and email ID worked. I wrote many emails/ messages to the tech support at Better Me but sadly they never responded back. I finally cancelled the subscription but as my card is already been charged for this month, I have a paid month but I am unable to use it!

I had $30.99 taken from my bank account. Was supposed to be $15! I've tried to cancel through website, app, and Apple ID. I can't find the subscription on my Apple ID and there is NO WHERE to cancel on app. I have emailed and tried to get a refund and help cancelling to no avail. I want this cancelled ASAP and I want a refund. No excuses!

Purchased 3 months to try app out. It didn't work. I contacted them thru email at least 3x maybe more. They initially responded acting like they were going to fix the app or credit me after providing them with proof of payment, I sent it and then no reply. I reached out two more times only to be ignored. They clearly led me on for 2 months knowing that Apple apparently only had a 60 day refund policy and they'd be off the hook.
