I had joined for a month trial $24.99 and found I wasn't using the app so unsubscribed in my Apple ID and deleted the app. Still got charged $49.99 at the end of the month which I was concerned but thought maybe it might have been an extra charge at the end of the month. The end of this month comes and THE SAME THING has happened, another $49.99 has been taken out of my account and I haven't even had the app or subscription for over a month. I have emailed multiple times and no response.
I no have to go and cancel my card as I'm worried this will keep happening each month.
They charge you without notification. Customer service took 5 weeks to respond and had the excuse of unexpected high volume of "requests". Their excuse for charging before notifying you is that people don't see it anyway. Their program is antiquated and hard to use app/ website. They are a scam! DO NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM!

I requested cancellation after the trial period but 3 months and four emails later they are still taking money from my account. No one responds to my emails and I am ready to report them to the authorities.
Take my advice & don't even bother signing up for the trial. It is not worth the heartache or expense.

This organisation has continued to withdraw money from my bank account, with no authorisation to do so. Do not under any circumstances give bank details to this organisation. I gave mine for a one-off purchase. Th organisation treated that as an ongoing subscription and the right to withdraw money from my account every month. I am reporting this s a theft. The organisation also ignored my request to stop the withdrawals.

Scam. Joined the app, thinking it was this new thing, and saw the 14-day money back, so I thought sure what had I to lose.
The only feature I found useful was basically the clock timer for when you are fasting. But my phone basically already does this. The desktop and app don't sync up. The app was very buggy. I kept losing any data I did save. No matter how many times I emailed support to cancel, they never got back to me. It's really bad service, and the money back guarantee is a scam.

This is a total waste of money. All it's having me do is walk 10 minutes a day. I already walk a lot more than that and work out a lot. It's focusing on me losing weight even though I told it I didn't need to lose weight. It wants me to drink 92 oz of water. I weigh 115 do that's a crazy amount of water. This is a total waste of time & money! Save your money!

They take your money then the App doesn't work from DAY 1 as I can't downloaded it even!
I was automatically charged 53.04 USD after the first one payment $25.99 to get you in without provide service at all since the app could not be downloaded since the DAY 1 in January 2022.
They say that "Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel online in your profile", but in reality, there is no way you can CANCEL the plan AT ALL no matter how hard you tried as you can even see the subscription of Better-Me Nicosia or BetterMe on either Google or Apple Apps...Scary!
There is no customer service what so ever till the moment you finally to refuse to pay the automatic debt on card after nearly 2 years, they sent the following message from Jane
"The Final Goodbye: Your BetterMe Journey Comes to an End Thank you for giving BetterMe a chance! We hope you made the most out of our time together. This email confirms that your subscription is no longer active and you don't need to worry about any more charges coming your way."

I like to have my money back not to mention the uneasy feeling of there are people/ companies out there to try scamming you as someone who is just trying to manage taking care of aging parents while working full-time. Instead of getting healthy, you are getting stressed & depressed from this situation.

I have emailed them numerous times to unsubscribe and I continuously get charged, I unsubscribe and email them and then next month I am charged again. Seems to be the case for many people. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM, unless you're happy to throw away your money.
I'm still yet to receive a response from them. They seem too busy replying to 1 star reviews explaining that you can't be charged if you have unsubscribed, but BELIEVE ME IT CAN HAPPEN, because it's happen to me now 3 months in a row!

Die App an sich ist nicht schlecht,aber ich habe die App für 1 Monat gebucht und bezahlt. Die App wurde mir 2 mal gebucht und ich habe 2 mal für die gleiche App die 50 Franken kostet 100 verrechnet jeden Monat, obwohl ich nur 1 mal gebucht habe. Zur Krönung wurde das Abbo einfach verlängert, habe jetzt 6 Monate dafür bezahlt und habe es erst jetzt bemerkt. Das Abbo habe ich jetzt gekündet und hoffe das es so bleibt. Ich habe eine E- Mail an den Support gesendet ob mir das Geld für die 5 Monate in der ich die App gar nicht genutzt habe rückerstattet wird. Da kommt aber leider immer die gleiche Automatisierte Antwort mit der ich nichts anfangen kann. Finde ich sehr schade deshalb verdient die App nicht mal 1 Stern von mir.
