It's disappointing. I subscribed it as it said 28 challenge I thought it starts from the time I start using the app. I couldn't use it from the first day till the end of month because of I got sick. I was charged the second month without pre authorized payment for double amount.
I emailed but received no response.

I don't care for apps that renew before your subscription is due. I canceled within 30 days and requested a refund. They offered to reimburse 1/2 if I stay with them. I'm disputing the full amount.

I tried the app for free for 30 days and did not like it or use it. I did not get any information from the company that they were going to charge me for 1 year until u saw it on my amx card. I reached out to tell them with a day if the charge that I wasn't notified of the option to cancel and requested a refund. They only offered 3 extra months. I DO NOT use the app! Why would I want 3 extra months. Have year to hat back, with no refund.

I signed up for a reduced rate 28 day trial and never got any access to the app and so far have sent several emails to this company. I disputed the charge and so far its been a few days since emailing and no response. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I wanted to start my fitness journey and this really makes me hold off on this choice.

Buyer beware
November 29, 2023

I subscribed to this last sept was charged 59€ and then an additional €35, I contacted the immediately to cancel. Over the last two months they have stolen nearly 300€ from my account. I have send the numerous emails with auto response that they will contact me within 24 hours…. Still no reply.
Contacted my bank today who are investigating this and I have had to change my account. I will pursue this.

Better Me is a SCAM
November 23, 2023

I recently purchased the 12 week wall pilates program. I mistakenly accepted the coaching.! Realized the error within 1 minute, I emailed the company. They responded by stating they did not know what I was requesting despite. After 6 emails they state that they cannot refund or make changes. I once again explained that I made the mistake and notified them of the error within 1 minute. They are not willing to provide any level of understanding. I have filed a dispute with my CC company as well. Prior to this - I gave them 5 different occassions to make this right. They have refused.

I cancelled my subscription via my iPhone. I also emailed to cancel. I then had three payments taken from me. I emailed again to say could I get a refund and I received an email to say my subscription has been been cancelled and I will be passed to the relevant team and I am still waiting. I should not have been charged. I did not authorise any payments.

Terrible company...very quick to charge your credit card. I didn't even use the app. They are tricky to get you enrolled saying it's free and before you know it they are charging your account. Do not give your credit info or you will be doomed. I lost 2 1/2 mos. Of charges; over $70. Very disappointed...gave one star only to be allowed to rate, otherwise it should be a negative 5 stars! Then to top things off, there's no live personnel to take your complaints...simply disappointed.

Instead, we offer a massive discount for the initial period of your subscription which is referred to as a "Trial" period.

I have contacted this company 3 times to cancel my subscription and have had no response. I will be notifying Instagram regarding their lack of customer service. BEWARE, should you not want to continue their service it will be difficult to cancel and they will contact to charge your bank. I would not recommend their programs due to their lack of support. I could not continue with this post without giving a overall rating, that's the only reason I gave it one star.

Scam company- stay away

There is no way to cancel subscription. The instructions on the website and the app do not allow you to cancel. There is no phone number. Based in either Cyprus or Kyiev, Russia. I suppose the only thing I can do is go through the hassle of cancelling my credit card. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS.

Big mistake.
November 17, 2023

I cancelled my subscription before the renewal date, and yet they still charged me 35 euros. I open the app and it tells me that my subscription has expired, even though i paid for a program i do not want. I reached out to the customer service twice, they sent me an non helpful automatic email response, and after that nothing. Terrible.

I would not recommend them to anyone. I sent the initial money and without informing me, they took an additional $64.27 out of my account! I have asked for it to be refunded repeatedly, and have had no response.

Constantly get this error message when trying to log in to site. ( Ooops... Something went wrong
Please, try again later or do some push-ups to kill the time :)) I don't need to pay money to do push ups, I can work that out myself. Totally unsatisfied with service after the first week or so. After that it was just a hit and miss situation. I would rather have kept my money and bought meat pies and Schooners. NOT HAPPY JAN!

No matter how amazing a product may be, if customer service sucks, that says a lot about a company. Emailed them 5 times but haven't received a reply so I'm having to go through my bank for a refund. Terrible

FRAUD AND SCAM

I subscribed for weekly plan of 4.99 USD. After it expaired I cancelled and then two months after still they are charging me for 18 USD appproximately. I sent bunch of emails but nothing! They are scam and stealing money!

Highly disappointed
November 5, 2023

After trying their app for the 28 day challenge ($14.99 special) my card was charged another $49.99 which I didn't authorise and after writing 3 emails they have still not responded or refunded me! This app is the worst I have come across. It jumps from doing moves on the floor to back up on your feet to back on the floor again, and you have under 5 seconds to try and get into the position. No flow. I didn't like the robot voice in all the lessons and the music was so strange. They have an awful lot to change before this gets better and charging my card after only accepting a 28 challenge and still not fixing it has made me very upset! It put me in negative in my account and I can't afford it. If it was a good app and flowed well and was actually helpful I would be the first to write a good review; but this was shocking. I hope this helps others not use this app. I wish their advertising wasn't so good on instagram.
