I purchased a P11 space pro vacuum cleaner and it worked for two weeks only. Since then I have had communication twice via email only with no results ending in any warranty coverage or replacement parts and I am coming up to the 1 year warranty period. Please buyer beware! I threw away several hundred dollars on this vacuum with terrible/zero customer service
One phone call telling service operator that I bought the wrong filter. Return authorization sent in two days. Easy. New filter arrived quickly.

Order the hardwood floor attachment for my Miele Vacuum. The product came quickly and was a perfect fit. Wish I had looked for this item long ago. Makes cleaning my hardwood a breeze. The service was fast and reliable. Highly recommend this company.
