I have owned Bobsweep vacuums, since they first opened. It's saddens my heart to say the last few months their service has gone down the tubes. I used to have excellent service from them, until just recently. Obviously I will have to look for a new vacuum for further purchases.
My mom sent us a bobsweep for our anniversary and I wouldn’t be exaggerating to say that it did change my life! What a great little machine for busy people! I think bobsweep is the next great invention after iPhone. I can’t imagine living without either of them. I usually only write negative reviews when I am angry with a business, especially a restaurant (I am a food SNOB), but I decided to come and leave a good review for bobsweep because they deserve it! I only wish the price was not so high, so I could afford buying one for my studio.
