Miele vacuum arrived on time and was immediately tested on my VERY THICK shag rugs. It performed beautifully. The string suction pulled up every single one of my Dalmatian's hairs. All good.

When you purchase, they don't say there are NO RETURNS, regardless of the reason, on commercial products. Their vacuum failed 15 minutes after leaving the shipping box. A replacement was purchased from another vendor and even though their unit is trash, there are no options. Basically they're strong-arming the sale. Fool us once, shame on them. There won't be a second opportunity.

When I went online to order my Miele vacuum bags (1-3-23), the price of $22.99 was no problem. However, the initial website stated the shipping was only a few dollars (I don't. Remember the exact amount). Then I clicked the "check out" button and saw that I only had two (2) choices for shipping; UPS Ground for $9.75 (3 day) or next day for a higher amount. I was somewhat disappointed at this, but agreed to it anyway. The scheduled delivery date was Thursday, 1-5-23. The actual delivery date was Friday, 1-6-23. I was never in a rush for this product and luckily only order from your company every couple of years. I will be more careful the next time I need to order Miele vacuum bags from bestvacuum.com.
