I was a loyal customer of BerryLook, bought a few things that I've returned, but because of the hassle of returning I always ensured that the items I purchase are cotton, the right size (because of China sizes), etc. Last purchase I made was for 3 items that did not at all match the description of the products online, and once I knew I was returning them I reached out to them to inform them that their package would be returning, and to ensure I had the correct return address. I send the package back, and lose my receipt with the tracking information - this was my mistake. BEWARE: this company does not care whether you return the items to the correct address they provide, as they will not have someone there to account for the returned packages. NO TRACKING NUMBER, NO REFUND = SHADY A$$ BUSINESS.
If you can take away one thing from this review, it'd be shop carefully, or elsewhere. Amazon has the same items from the same vendors, and they'll guarantee you a refund once you send the items back.

Shipping took over 2 weeks, and pieces didn't arrive together. I ordered XL and they fit more like a child's large. Looked to find out how to exchange them, and there's only a return policy listed, nothing for exchanges. It also states that swimsuits and sale items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges. It says for returns, you mail your stuff back, and they'll notify you if they approve your return. Then what? Do they ship my I'll fitted clothes back to me? I tried to use the contact us link on their site, and it rejects every captcha you try to type in so you can't send your inquiry.

They charged my card 3 weeks ago but I have not received anything. They are impossible to reach. I am filing a fraud alert with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. If only I had read the reviews before I placed the order. MY order number was E*******. If you submit it to their site - they say there is no order yet they have taken my money - over $ 100. The phone says there is no one answering. NO STARS

I can't say enough about how horrible this site is. Forget the quality of the product you receive, which is embarrassing, nothing like what you see. If your lucky you will get at least one of your order may be after 6month of ordering it. That's what happened with my order one came after writing so many complaints and bad reviews. Even with that it took more than 6 month. The other order never made it. Please please dont waist you money on this site

It took forever to get my dresses and when they arrived they were all too small! I emailed and called and no satisfaction. I called my credit card company and received a FULL refund! Do t take the loss! Being in banking for 24 years has taught me so much and the banks are on your side. All behave yo do is send in evidence of your attempt to work with the company. They will then pull the money back from that merchant. It's all outlined in the US Federal Regulations of how the banks are require to help u. Don't lose money on sh*tty merchants!

Unacceptable Customer Service! I submitted an order on 5/10, and they still haven't shipped me my sandals. I received an email saying it was partially shipped, but you can't track the order from their site. It gives you an error message "Hmmm can't reach this page". I bought some clothes from Berrylook. They were all to small. The clothes come from
A China address, in which, If I had known this, I would have not ordered them. It took
Me a month to get them, plus the postage is too high and they know this.
I received this back in an email from them..."Considering of the high return shipping fee which needs to be afford by yourselfwe do not offer return labels, would it be possible for you to I keep the items or give your friends as gift?
We are willing to refund $35 or offer a $37 cash coupon to you as compensation. It is convenient to buy other items in our website at any time."
Do they think I am really going to buy something else from them. Why would I want to keep these clothes when they don't fit and only give me back $35 dollars. Really?
Another thing that happened is that I tried to find a number for their store because I thought the store was here in this country. I found a number, but it was a scam where they can get into your computer and get your info and I was stupid enough to fall for it.
They were asking me all this info, such as the last 4 digits of my social. I said "why do you need all this for a refund? Well I fell for it and they their was some charges on my credit card that I didn't make and a fraud alert came from my credit card. So I had to
Get another credit card.
To get a refund a person puts the number for the store they said they used to get their refund, but it is really the scammers giving that phone number so they can get your info.

This company are a sham, bought shoes but they were damaged. Now the fun begins trying to get refund, sent emails NO response but after leaving review on Sitejabber got response asking for images to prove the damage. This was sent to email provided but once again no reponse from Berrylook.

I ordered several items which were very poor quality and not as described. I have returned the items on 13. 05. 19 by recorded delivery to the only address that was in the parcel. I have now been informed that this is a holding address and not the return address and I can therefore only receive a partial refund. I DID NOT PAY PARTIALLY FOR THE GOODS. So why would I accept a partial refund. I have returned the goods and expect a FULL REFUND.

I ordered a winter jacket for my Mom on 5/5/2019. It has been 3 weeks and no notification and no jacket. When you look up tracking number it just says "arrive at Fed Ex" or depart from Fed Ex" and no expected date of shipment. There is no number to contact and when you send an online complaint or request they never respond. Look at the reviews and BBB complaints against this company! I am in the retail business and I am appalled. Ebay needs to ban them from being on their site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I am out $50.00 already!
