I'm very frustrated. Order still has not shipped. Ship time was extended without notice. I attempted to contact customer service (only available through email) multiple times only to have it rejected due to captcha. I've canceled but they are charging 15% as cencelation fee even though cancelation is due to their delayed shipment. Still cannot get an email sent. Every attempt is met with wrong verification (captcha) code
This is a strange place. I arrived in 17 days after ordering, but I have not received one of the orders. The quality of the clothes I ordered is too bad. The size is also a mess. Even if I write a review on this site, I can not register. Leave an email or phone message and there is no answer. It is really the worst site. I will return for the five items that I have ordered, and I will also cancel anything that I have not yet received. It is too bad to spend time here.
I hope you never order from here.(As you can see from the photo, the dress of cotton and linen is thinner than the paper.)

I almost always check reviews on a company I've never used. Wouldn't you know I failed to this time. Ordered 4 tops March 13,2019. I received 3 of which none fit. All too small. I had even ordered a couple sizes UP! It's june 5 now and still haven't received the 4th. I've emailed them and no answer. I've tried emailing again and can't even get the stupid code to take so it sends. I was waiting on this last one so I could return. I doubt now if I'd ever see my money again. $73 wasted. What a scam. Grrrrrrr!

The photograph of the dress showed a full circle skirt luxurious fabric and nice tailoring. In reality it's cheap fake satin material it's a straight skirt there's no flair to it at all and it looks nothing like the dress in the advertisement what utter garbage!

I know that a low price on a pretty shirt is too good to be true but this is ridiculous! How this company is able to continue to operate and sell things to people is amazing to me.
Quality is terrible, seams not finished. Sizing is way off, I wear a small so I ordered a Medium and it is still too small. Price is wonderful if you are shopping for someone that is about 5' and weights 90 lbs.

I was really looking forward to receiving my order and was patient due to the delay with shipping. Order arrived, finally and oh what a shock! Nothing like what is shown online. Fabric and stitching is very cheap and the fit is wrong in so many areas I don't know where to start! I have been emailing and trying all the numbers I have found online to no avail. Avoid this company. Both my friend and I ordered clothes from this Co for our hols. My friend's items arrived and were absolute rubbish looking nothing like the clothes advertised. Mine haven't arrived yet despite an 8 week wait. This is a blessing as my friend's dresses are absolute rubbish. Berrylook operate from China hence the delay in receiving the goods, if at all. I wish I had read all the bad reviews of Berrylook before I preferred.
Berrylook have now offered me a fraction of the £60 I spent back and nag me to close my Paypal dispute. Thankfully I paid with Amex and they have stepped in to deal with this company.
Berrylook pop up on social media etc. Don't be fooled by the pics. Bad cheap clothing that looks nothing like the pics IF you receive anything at all. If you don't, they won't refund. Avoid!

I was not clever enough to avoid this site. I spent over £100 on some dresses for my wife. They took ages to arrive. When they did the sizes were all over the place. Only 2 fit
I asked for a return address which is a real mission. Eventually they replied not with the address but offering me a scabby £20 refund or a £26 credit note. Trying to scare me with the cost of return postage. But it was £80 worth of dress. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they will rip your eyes out. There is no contact number for the UK. At best there is a number but you have to call a number in the USA

I ordered 3 items in January and it took 2 months to receive the first 2 items (coats that were out of season by the time I received them) and still have not received the third item. After much pressure, they said the boots were out of stock and to pick a new item or get a refund. The only reason I did not chose refund was because they were not going to refund the full amount. I chose a jacket and I'm still waiting. When I message them, I get no response. I would just give up, but I'm so mad, I want my refund on principle now.

Terrible experience - clothes nowhere near the size that I ordered and when I asked to return them they suggested I give the clothes away as it would be too expensive for me to pay to return them!
Thats a first! Just avoid them - they will also try and delete all negative comments so this is only a small amout of the complaints.

Ordered 1 pair of sandals and a shirt. Sandals were very uncomfortable and no cushion. Shirt material was not what I expected. When I contacted for a return I was told to wait for the rest of my order. Translation: "We are going to ignore you". It worked I am donating them and will never order again

I ordered 1 blouse( 19.95) and paid 8. Xx for 7-13 day shipping. Twelve days later I was checking that status of the shipment realize that not only had my order not shipped yet but they had added two other blouses and charged $14.70 for 6-8 day shipping. My total that they charged my card was $78. Xx. My original order, which was confirmed at check out was $28. Xx.
At this point, I e-mailed them but never received a response. After reading all of the reviews, I was afraid that I would not get any product or my money back. So, I canceled my order. I t had not been shipped yet( even though at this point, it was well over the 6-8 day shipping that THEY had charged me.). Also, when I went to the section to e-mail them asking about the incorrect order, there was an alert reading that there would be an additional delay of up to TWO weeks for my order...
I'm glad I canceled my order. I did get my money back ( took a couple of days)minus $5.00 restocking fee since it was ready to be shipped. I feel like they should have refunded ALL of my money because technically I did not get the shipping service they charged me but after reading the awful reviews, I was okay with cutting my losses and taking what I could get back.
Also, the positive reviews, in my opinion, are fake. If you notice they only have two or three reviews on avg and all of the reviews are about clothing. If they were " true " reviews, they would have reviews of other types of products. Just like the leading review site where you click on the reviewer's name and you see all of the businesses they have reviewed.
I will never order from here again.

The pictures make everything look beautiful, but PLEASE read the reviews on this company. I purchased 2 exact blouses, 1 peach, 1 with print, took 2 months to arrive. Can hold them up and can see through both layers! 1 fits, 1 doesn't. Don't believe the 5 stars.
