I ordered four dresses from Berrylook.com online catalog which arrived late, did not match size and were of terrible quality. I returned the whole package to the address in San Francisco which was listed as "Return address" on the package. The seller refused it, and it has been resent to me. Instead after three weeks of negotiating with the seller through the PayPal Resolution Center I was advised to send my return to some suspicious address in China, where postage alone would be over 35USD.
By this time (January 20,2020) I have neither any refund from Berrylook or from PayPal, where I have active dispute since December 10,2019, nor the merchandise back from the seller.
Now I am trying to get my money back opening the dispute with my bank. If you don't want to get into all this trouble trying to contact the "seller" with no contact numbers to call and no response to e-mails, and dealing with PayPal dispute processing without the expected help, using weeks of your precious time, please don't use this company! This IS a SCAM and a FRAUD! The best option is to report Berrylook to econsumer.gov and dispute your purchase with your bank.

I ordered three dresses from BerryLook. They did not arrive as promised. One dress finally arrived after my event. It was very cheap looking and returned it. After far too many contacts with BerryLook, I finally received my refund. The next dress finally came in the mail, I didn't like it either, Just gave it to someone, in that I didn't want to go through what I had experienced before in returning an item. The last dress was out of stock permanently and I have yet to receive my refund. I have been communicating with this company since April 2019 regarding my refund. The last time I contacted them, they didn't even bother to respond. In reality, this company deserves a "0" rating!

It took 3 weeks to receive the 3 dresses I ordered. It is obvious that they are not going to fit and so I wanted to return them. There is no return address in the package. I've emailed Berrylook for the return address and there is no response. Unfortunately, after reading reviews on line, I realize that this is a very questionable and unreputable company. I placed an order with additional $20 expedite delivery option. The items come 3 weeks later after I started to write emails about my shipment.
All of the items were much smaller than measuring chart dimensions shown. My order was returned in full and on-time, but i never got a penny back from the company. I emailed few times asking for return money, but never heard back from them.

Extremely unprofessional and absolutely NO work ethics. I have repeatedly written to them that the dress I ordered has not been delivered to me. The courier company they chose are even more unreliable, they never bothered to deliver, never even left a card or note that someone had come to deliver. Berrylook gave me the shipment & the contact number of the courier they used. Guess what, that phone number doesn't even exist! They are refusing to refund and even refusing to acknowledge that I am unable to contact the courier company. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I still have not heard from BerryLook. I am stuck with 3 pairs of cheap ugly shoes and they do not fit me. I tried to contact them so many times through email and no response. What type of company is this? No customer service and there is no one to contact. This company should shut down because they are selling cheap made items online and taking people's money and not provide customer service. It is wrong and so wrong for doing that to people. Bad company and do not buy from them. This is my first-time purchase from this company. I purchased 3 pair shoes at the Berrylook website on October 7 and supposed to receive from 5 to 7 business days. I never received the item. On the 23rd I sent an email where are my items and I received an email said to contact FedEx. I contacted FedEx and the representative said the items are still with the seller, only a label was created. I send an email to cancel the order because they said the items were on the way to me but the items were still with them, they ignored me and never get a response from anyone. They sent the items anyway and I received it on November 2. The shoes are terrible, cheap made and they do not fit. I have been trying to contact them from October 23 until December 2 No response. This is the worse company I ever have to deal with. I don't want their ugly shoes I want all my money back and I want them to send me a free shipping label to send the items back because it cost $ 90.00 to send it back to them. The bad thing is, when I tried to contact my credit card company to dispute the amount, they contact the credit card company and said I still have the items but they never contact me. When the company mailed me the shoes it was from California and they gave my credit card company a China address to return the items and when I went to the post office they said it would cost me $90.00 to send them back. They would not contact me and help me and to solve the issue but they would contact my credit card company to make sure they keep the money. They know exactly what they are doing to rip people off. I am stucked with 3 pairs ugly cheap shoes with the wrong size. I don't know what to do because no one is replying to help me with the issue. Berrylook people if you can see this review, I do not want the shoes and I want all my money back to my credit card and I need you to send me a free shipping label to return this item back to you. I want my money back for pain and suffering and for all this trouble you've put me through. Your items are still new because I cannot wear them because they are cheap and they do not fit me. If you want to be robbed go to BerrYLook website and buy stuff. I live in the US and I saw pictures of cool cloths on BerryLook website and I order two clothing $56, you know what I got, very low quality, trash clothes which don't cost $ 1. $56 in us you can by quality cloths form big stores like Macy's. In the website all the products look so beautiful
I bought 1 pair of shoes and 1 pair of boots, i spent around $68.00 (i paid in pounds)
When they arrived they look so cheap and didn't fit me, so i contacted the c. S. support and they told me that for a refund i have to send back and "The return shipping fee shall be paid by customer."
"we do not accept any returning packages through DHL, FedEx, UPS or any other expedite shipping methods."

Or otherwise i can get a voucher or a refund of $22.00 (less than half)
