Do not ever use this website. I don't care how much you need it, I don't care how cheap the thing you want is, I don't care if rising sea levels flood the entire earth and this is the only site that sells rafts. I bought a pendant light on here, they sent me a completely different light that didn't even work, then when I tried to get a refund, they told me that they only give refunds once the product is sent back. They told me that the item had to be sent back to China and that I had to pay for the shipping, which would cost more than the refund I would get for the item itself. It was entirely their fault that they sent me a defective INCORRECT item and yet they refused to pay for the return shipping or the refund, and instead suggested that I "give it to a friend or try to sell it on ebay". I repeat, do not ever use this website.

Stay away I ordered a sparkle sequence shirt, and I got a regular shirt, not what I ordered, got in touch with customer service, and they said they shipped the right item, why would I pay $38, for a regular shirt, stay away, biggest rip off place yet, if I could give them a minus 10, that's all they deserve, will never deal with this company again

My daughter ordered a dress (ladies large) according to the size chart that was given with the item. When it arrived it was so small it would barely fit a 7 year old. They refused to take it back and give a refund saying that if there were no defects in the dress they wouldn't authorize a return. After a back and forth and my threats to file a claim with my credit card, I finally accepted a 50% refund because they let me keep the dress. I will never purchase from them again.

You can't make this up… my chandelier arrived 6 weeks late and was boxed so poorly that when I opened it all parts dropped out as they were not securely packaged. Further, the arms of chandelier were bent and scratched. The shade, shown in their photo with black trim, literally arrived with black lines drawn on with a magic marker- we could not believe our eyes. The bulbs it needs are are European screw in type that can not be found anywhere.

The company will not return the chandelier because they are in China and only offer a measly 5% discount.

They are crooks who sell very poorly made items.

Ive had to open a charge dispute with Paypal after "beautiful halo" has given me a constant run-a-round.
I ordered Brass Wall Sconces. What arrived is Poorly Finished Aluminum castings that are not even brass in color (they are rose gold color painted). They shipped from California (shopped a. Com site) but when asked for return all they will do is email offering partial refunds (started at 5% now up to 30%). I would not keep this junk for 95%. They now try the ploy that I have to ship these back to Guangzou China which they know would be $200 for a $180 purchase. Hence, that is where they try to scam you -- on return shipping and their "restocking" fees. Bottom line, buy from them only if you want to get cheated and have your time wasted. This is why they are a 1.2 out of 5 stars. That pink aluminum thing in the photo is the back plate of the sconce and is shown beside my Kalista Brass Faucet.

Took forever to get here and sizing was too small, and i have to pay for oversea return. My fault for not checking this review board before purchasing. Will never buy from this site again.

More than 3months yet parcel untraceable! They creat a label after a month so that it looks like it reach your country with a week of ETA delivery but it still have not reach anywhere! And after another month, it became untraceable again and I called my countries courrier they still have not receive the parcel and they say the sender can creat a label anywhere they are it does not mean the country courrier received the parcel already! This website customer service replies fast on both customer chat and support but they are 0 helpfulness. They can't help you with anything and refuses to refund! All they can do is give you % of discount for your next purchase! But why would you purchase more if they will never arrive?

The lighting totally not worth its money. The quality is awful, the support team either. The only good thing is a speed or shipment.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! This is a terrible company that lies to you about their offers and once you finally get your order - which takes forever - it is not what you ordered. I ordered a cardigan for my sister that was advertised as a name brand and some treadbearing no name item arrived that is not even the right size. I will not even attempt to return the item as it will cost me more to even do that and I have no faith that they will honor the return. I have read that it is a nightmare to return items and get refunded. BEWARE - they should be taken off the internet.

I emailed them prior to placing my order asking if returns would be an issue. I was assured they would not be. Once receiving my order after a 2 month wait, it was not as expected. Their customer support team then refused to accept a return on the jacket I had purchased. Super shady, avoid at all costs.

I received my order almost 3 months after I ordered my lights and they finally arrived today all banged up. Ridiculous customer service run around. I think I just bought very expensive used and abused light fixtures. Thanks for nothing. Your rating from me is not even 1 star. BUYER BEWARE!

I've had 2 orders which I checked inventory and received an eta before placing. Upon checking status of the eta date I was given, they gave me nothing but invalid excuses for not shipping and then stated the items are out of stock. I wasted 12 weeks trying to get my lights and ended up receiving a credit. They are a China based company which should of been my first red flag. They are also an extremely dishonest company that I recommend avoiding spending your hard earned money on their products!

Ordered an item mens cardigan[which seems months ago]? They are a terrible company still havent received anything?. Cant stand these companies that TAKE ADVANTAGE OF COVID... cant wait til decent people can go out shopping kick tools like this company... into the gutter

I purchased a jacket and an incorrect size was sent. They refused to do a return even though it was undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging. These were the requirements for return and they did not honor it. Played games as wanting multiple photographs of article. I even offered an exchange for a correct size. No deal. Keep away from them!

I purchased two fans for a total of $700. I had my friend who is a master electrician came to install these fans. He would not install the fans, because they were not tagged with a UL sticker, which indicated that this item is certified to use in the United States. I decided to bring in a second electrician who agreed with the first. He would not
Install it. Secondly, the installation instructions
Were written in Chinese. Thirdly, one of the fans was not even what I ordered. Beautiful Halo refuses to give me a refund, even though two electricians refuse to install them. They offered me a 20%
Refund. That's $140 out of $700 I paid. Do not
Buy any products. From this company. Trust me I am saving you a headache and future expense.

Items took nearly three months to be shipped. When I realized how long the shipment was taking, I requested an order cancelation. The site said I should simply refuse the package upon delivery. I was unable to do so, and the site now refuses to issue a refund. Do not order from these scammers. They will try to bribe you with 5% discounts to keep you happy. There's no compensating for bad business, horrible customer service, and a scammy return policy. I strongly recommend against ordering from this site. Look elsewhere!

I loved my choice I waited 3 months for arrival, it came with no instructions, packaging was poor, the lamp needs to be wired, came in pieces even an electrician could not figure it out, Multiple emails for customer service with no reply, finally able to write to someone my concerns and to no avail, I spent big dollars on this piece and they could not assist with better instructions, kept repeating the same thing over and over and in the end I am on my own. They have my money, I have a heap of parts that need to be wired they don't tell you that you have to assemble the entire piece when looking at it, I would have looked locally. Buyer beware, choose a different company. To do business with as they really stink! Call me disgusted! Beautiful Halo more like Beautiful Rip Off!
