I ordered two lights April 25,2022 and have received nothing! They keep saying they have shipped! I am turning them into my bank as a scam company! DO NOT order anything from this fraudulent company! I had to check one star before they would publish the review! They are really negative stars!

I received a damaged light that I purchased for a hallway. After sending 18 photos of the item and the shipping box to Beautiful Halo - they indicated that I had to pay for the return shipping which was $62.47.
I refused to pay the shipping for a damaged item, so their return email said "THEN NO REFUND"

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is all trash.

I loved the dining room light, purchased in 2020, but when it stopped working recently, we took it down and noticed a fire had occurred within the light. I no longer trust this company.

We ordered a Tiffany style art glass chandelier. Once we took it out of the box it was immediately obvious that there is no quality control whatsoever to the products.

The arms of the chandelier are badly finished with mould lines not cleaned up, sharp edges, poor paintwork, dents in the shade cups and I could go on. Putting aside the poor manufacturing the arms don't even match the photo of the product on the website.

The glass shades are also poorly finished with the metal patterns poorly fixed and gaps.

The light came unassembled and there were no instructions or wiring connectors provided. The hole in the central pillar for the wiring actually had a fault half way down which required filing before the cable could be fed through.

I was excited when I ordered this light but after seeing what has been delivered I am both sad and angry that this product exists.

I ordered 2 polka dot shirts, one black on white and another white with red dots. Before paying I left a message on my order to get one of each not 2 the same. Guess what, I got 2 of the same. I offered to send one back and get the correct item but after 8,10 emails no go. No return policy and platitudes about ' cost to return too high for you and us'. Never again but looking at their score, I shouldn't be surprised. Johnp

I purchased a light for $237.71 plus $67 shipping fee. The light is an LED light. It came with one LED Driver that was broken. Within two weeks the second driver blew and caught fire. Now after reporting both situations this company offers a 5% refund on an item that could burn my home down to the ground. They have the nerve to want me to pay and send the item back to Hong Kong. I have exchanged over 23 email concerning this matter.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNK THIS COMPANY SELLS.

The company is a scam like others have said the items are not reflect as advertised they refuse refunds and state so in their small print. DONT USE THEM!

Too bad this company can't stand by their product as some of their stuff is pretty. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought. They are as bad as everyone says with absolutely no customer support.

Do not buy from Them. They r frauds. They delivered the items after 75 days in broken condition. Now they do t accept return

Came bent, scratched, tarnished, damaged, and missing parts. BEWARE, they will not accept returns and will ask you many times to keep item. Then they finally say you pay for shipping to china, THEN, they also deduct shipping for the initial ship, so basically you get nothing for returning the item.

We did order the ceiling light and supposed to receive it in 12 to 17 days, We did contact them after 20 days and they just said sorry we haven't got your order yet from supplier and we need another 2 weeks to receive your order, However we had plan to surprise our grand daughter at visiting us after long 2 years by changing her room decoration but unfortunately with the poor service from Beautifulhola we had no choice to leave the light and do the other staffs changed. We do not recommend them at all as they have no stock in UK and rely on other countries stocks. Poor Poor Poor Service

In business many years and dealing with customers I was shocked at the attitude, of this Company. Two pairs of trousers, both size S, one too big; one too small. Emailed to request an exchange. Not REFUND; an exchange for diff sizes. AGREEING TO PAY RETURN COST. Too and fro arguing with me I did not refer to size chart (which I obvi did) requesting I take photos; actual measurements etc.
REALLY? How hard is it to exchange - we all relying on on line purchasing these days. In Store this would NEVER occur. Revenue making IMO - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE PEOPLE! We must stop on line dealings that are not customer related; revenue making opportunists. With all the worldly troubles please establish on line integrity shopping.

I ordered a crystal chandelier on 11/30/2021. On January 20,2022, I received the frame of the chandelier only, not one crystal. Emailed the company right away and they kept saying the crystals would be shipped, as of today, 3/19/2022 still have not received the crystals and they're refusing refund unless I return. It will cost more to return. This chandelier is completely useless without crystals and they did not honor they're guarantee and won't return my $632

Ordered 3 lights for around$300 over a year ago. Only 2 of these showed up and they have delayed any kind of refund for a year. Moreover they asked for my personal banking information without ever using it to refund which is really concerning.

I add an order in 12/5/2021, it's was a coat for my child for Christmas, it's 2/10/22 and I have not received this coat still, I've sent numerous emails to this company and all in getting is a robotic response so basically I've been robbed out of $76.55 DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

Their products are shipped from China.
Item damaged but they will not give a refund. They will only refund if I send the damaged product back to China, but the cost of shipping is actually more than the product cost. I guess they know this. Customer service is awful.
The item took over a month to arrive.
Do not buy from this company.

I also ordered a light fitting, in addition to the fact that it arrived almost three weeks after I ordered it (when the delivery time is, according to them, a maximum of 5 days), it arrived completely broken. Now that I try to communicate with them to find a solution, I never find them.

Wrong item sent then keep offering discount on price. Starting at 5 and moving up to 20%.
The item sent was a female item even though male was ordered. First picture what was i received second what I ordered.
Site needs taking down
Offered 30 % finally and paypal gave me a refund.
Item on other sites also. All from China. Avoid
