Well, I ordered a black and white shirt and after 3 weeks of waiting, I received a pink/orange/ and poor quality shirt. I took a picture and contacted Beautifulhalo. At first, they answered that they didn't make a mistake and that I should keep the t-shirt because "it's beautiful" (like WTF?) and then, another chick answered me that she was "sorry for me" and "if she got further information she'll contact me". I asked for a refund (I know, I have a lot of hopes) but... well, Beautifulhalo's staff sucks, they are unprofessional and if I have one advice to give: NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE.

First of all, it took 2 months for all my items to get here. They called me telling me that something wasn't in stock, so to pick something new. So, I picked something new, then a week after that, THAT item wasn't in stock either, couldn't they have told me that immediately?
Then my clothes FINALLY got here and the sweaters are SO TINY, they're made for children. Not to mention, one of the sweaters has a tear in it, and my jeans had no hole to put the button through. When I tried to email them (with pictures and all) about the defects, they told me to cut my own button hole, and that they saw nothing wrong with the tear in my sweater! That is absolutely ABSURD! So basically I have a torn sweater that I never wore, and jeans without a way to close. The clothes look really cute online, but don't let it deceive you, TRUST ME.

I placed an order on Feb 2nd and it literally got here yesterday, April 9th. That's, count it, NINE WEEKS. It's not even winter any more I couldn't wear these sweaters even if they weren't $#*!. They also called me twice telling me an item wasn't in stock and they were replacing it with another item. The first time I told them, fine, if it's just another color, go ahead. The second time I asked if I could get a refund for that item instead and she HUNG. UP. ON. ME. Both of these calls happened at 8 am, when I was asleep and not coherent enough to argue these things further. I suspect they did that on purpose.

Anyway I was about ready to give up on these ever getting here until yesterday, when they finally appeared and I thought okay I guess it turned out fine, since I did get sweaters in the end. NO. I was wrong. Every item is apparently made for someone 4 feet tall. They only come down to under my ribs. Every other measurement fits fine. I don't understand how or why you would make sweaters like this. They're also incredibly scratchy and smell awful, and one that was advertised as pink is actually a mix of yellow/brown/white.

TLDR: Don't do it. Save your money and your sanity.

I ordered two tshirts. Both of them look like they were made out of elastic. The fit is really weird on both.

Their customer service told me it was my fault. They basically said that I had ordered the items and they shipped everything to me so it wasn't my fault that now I don't like them.

I definitely feel like I got ripped off :/

I love this store! They have a great range of trendy fashions and the prices are very reasonable. I ordered two items from them, and they arrived in no time :) Their customer service is also very friendly and fast to respond. Keep up the great work!
