I was told my order would be to me by October 30th, then wrote them to just make sure this was accurate. Someone wrote back saying "you will have your order by Nov 10th, okay?". Uhm, what? No, not "okay". And then when I said I wanted to cancel my order they wrote me pretty much begging me not to cancel it... they still are arguing with me to this day about canceling my order and begging me not to! Just cancel it and refund me how hard it that!? Worst customer service ever! This is not a bid or a gamble, just cancel my order! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY you will regret it! I still can't believe I am dealing with this!

I waited FOUR WEEKS for my two items to be delivered, two weeks after I ordered my items still said processing so I emailed them and they said the website juts hadn't updated yet and that it had indeed shipped. When I checked on it later that day it said shipped, so that was fine. But another week went by and I emailed them again and this time their representative used words like "u" and "plz" instead of the real word, what kind of $#*!ty communication is that?! They informed me that it was out for delivery. ANOTHER week passed and I was ready to ask for my money back today but it arrived, and of course the pants that I got aren't the right size even though I am an M in everything I ever buy. But I'm not even going to bother with attempting to return them from what I've seen other people write about trying to return items, I'll just pass them onto a friend I guess. I informed them in another email that I will never be using their trash company ever again and I will let everyone else know not to as well and that they're the worst company I have ever ordered from. Their response? "Thanks for letting us know." Screw you guys.

Worst experience ever! Paid extra for shipping in order to get it in time for a wedding. Supposed to be delivered in 2-4 days. Took 2 weeks! I refused the package and tried to send it back to them. They in turn refused it and told me if I didn't except it it would be destroyed. They refused to give me any of my money back... even the shipping money. Don't order from this website! They are scam artists and will do whatever they can to screw you over! Wish I could do something to make them pay for it!

I found beautiful halo from facebook actually. I found a shirt I loved but it was the only one I liked and I didn't want to order too much because of the chinese/american size difference. I ordered on September 26th. I paid with paypal so it had already come out of my account. I wait a couple of weeks since it takes a while to come from china. After no shipping email, I emailed them and they responded back that my item would ship out on Oct. 20th. The 19th comes around and they send me an email saying they are out of stock and they will give me ONLY an exchange and 5% off. They really emphasized that it would only be a exchange. I then did a lot of research on this company and they do this a lot and tell people they can only exchange. I guess not a lot of people know they can get their money back... I'm glad I paid with paypal so I would not have to take a trip up to my bank where they would treat me like I stole the money. I opened a dispute in paypal and immediately got on email from bh telling me they would give a full refund if I closed the dispute. That was a HUGE flag for me. Once the dispute is closed you can't open it again and they most like would not have given a refund anyways. I escalated it up to a case since technically asking to close the dispute is illegal. It pays to know these kinda of things. I provided the emails to paypal and they made a judgement really quick and I got my refund. Will not go back to that site. After they saw I escalated it up to case they actually sent me a very bad worded email. But hey I got my money back... please do your research before you order from chinese websites. If you have to order from china go through ebay or amazon or always use your paypal. Your always backed that way. If i had closed the dispute, I'm 100% positive they would ceased contact and keep the money for themselves. That's not how it should be. If I pay for an item and you don't delivery, then it's only fair and right that I received a full refund. I don't get how so many people don; t get that. Oh and all the positive reviews are actually done by the site.

Ok, not that bad

I was looking for sweaters online and stumbled upon BeautifulHalo. I saw a lot of reviews saying it wasn't good, don't do it, absolutely terrible. Honestly, my experience wasn't that bad.
I got my sweaters one day late, which doesn't bother me but i can see how it might upset someone. I don't see anything wrong with the sweaters, but I only just got them so after I wear them around a while, I see. The quality wasn't great, which I guess I should of expected, but thats not a bother to me (but again I see how it would be to someone else.)
My only complaints:
1.The costumer service was super unprofessional. As an example, instead of writing "please", I would see "plz" or "pls".
2. I was given a tracking website with a tracking code, but the website was in Chinese, so I couldn't read it or know when my clothes would arrive.
In conclusion, if you are considering buying from here, I would say give it a shot, but at your own risk. Seeing all the really bad reviews on here, you might want to be careful. I might of just gotten really lucky with my order...

All the positive reviews must come from the company. Very poor quality, takes forever and not able to exchange or refund. They asked me to take a photo of the jumpers bought against a tape measure to demonstrate that they were wrong. Never heard anything like this before. JUST DON'T DO IT

I ordered a few shirts because they looked absolutely adorable.
I made sure to pay for the insurance (4€) so that if something goes wrong, i'd at least get my money back.
Now i think, that's the only way they get their money with. My items never arrived and after 3 months i got a message that something went wrong with the shipping and got my money back. So i literally paid 4€ for looking at clothing.
How's it possible, that they're still able to sell stuff?
Absolutely disappointed.

I ordered a romper from the site and made sure to check the measurements since I had never ordered from the site. First of all, it took over a month to arrive despite promising only a few days, so long I had completely forgotten about it. Second, when I tried it on I could barely fit in it. I measured and found it was more than 10cm smaller than stated on the size chart! When I contacted customer service, they told me it was my fault for ordering the wrong size and refused to let me return it, on account of it was in their return policy that they do not do returns for the wrong size. I read the policy and it says nothing like that anywhere. The clothing is also poor quality. All of the good reviews I see here must be bots, because there's no way anyone in their right mind would call anything about the items from this store "good." DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

I ordered a burgundy jumper from this company. Only 1 pic was shown for the front. I paid $18 extra for "expedited shipping " to receive my item in 2 days. I received my item 2 weeks later and the jumper had no back to it! I tried jumper on and couldn't even get one thigh in a Large. I tried contacting them but conveniently there was no customer service number so I had to create an online ticket on their website. They deleted my ticket and sent me an email saying "item shipped." I created another ticket asking for a refund of the extra shipping I paid, since I didn't receive item as promised but had paid extra to receive in 2 days! They never responded! I have now put in an online dispute with PayPal and the company still have not responded! I will NEVER order from them again!

So. I don't know where I should start, terrible customer service. It is not their goal, they don't care and they scam everyone. They lie about everything on their site, shipping about 2 months. Prices. Are garbage clothing quality is garbage and it comes in a clear plastic bag instead of the cute little box they show, I have never been more disappointed in a website, I hope that anyone that thinks they want something from here checks the review first. I wish I had. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

I received my order from BeautifulHalo and I like it.
The sport pants is adorable, very cute bat print! And bikini set is good.
The quality is great.
The customer service is very friendly.
The shipping was too long, but I chose the free shipping and it`s ok.
Basically, everything's cool.

SPENT $179 at this website... keep that in mind almost $200.

I wanted to order the clothes so it would arrive for my trip. I get a response that it will be arriving on the 3rd, that's fine I leave by the 6th.

The shipment is late. 5 DAYS LATE. Never promise or state anything that isn't going to happen, people get disappointed. When the package arrived, nobody was home because we're out for the trip.
APPARENTLY THAT'S OUR FAULT.

CUSTOMER SERVICE STATES THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE AND THEY WILL DESTROY THE CLOTHES. SO NO REFUND. PLUS PAY ANOTHER 13.10 FOR RESHIPING FEE.

WHAT KIND OF $#*!ING NONSENSE IS THIS?
SCAM, NO GOOD BUSINESS. I HATE THIS DAMN WEBSITE. I HATE THEM I HATE THEM.

PEOPLE WORK VERY HARD FOR THEIR MONEY, UNLIKE THEM, SCAMMING EVEYONE.

I wish that I would have looked for a review of this company before buying anything online. I bought three items from BeautifulHalo, two shirts and a dress. First, like others have mentioned, the material is very odd and cheap to feel. One of the shirts, which is one size only, fit me like it was meant for my two year old. I am a size medium. The only issue that I had with the second top was the material. In my opinion, it is of such poor material, I am afraid to put it in the washer machine. The last, and biggest issue that I had was with the dress, not only was the hem not even all the way around, it was approximately 2 inches shorter in the back than the front, if not more. When I put it on, the dress comes almost to my knee in the front, and to my butt cheeks in the back. I contacted customer service because the items are not wearable in my opinion, especially the dress. The customer service is terrible. They make you take all kinds of pictures of each item and measure them. The fact that shirt was too small is my fault because it did meet their advertised size chart. But, I incorrectly assumed that a "one size" item would be cut bigger. HOWEVER, they refuse to take back the dress! The response from them was, "got the pictures. What is wrong with the item?" Really? It is not wearable. They told me that I can keep all the items, but offered me a 5% discount off my next purchase. There will not be a next purchase. I am not a person that usually writes reviews, but I wanted to tell people BUYER BEWARE. If you order from this company, please not expect to ever be able to return the items. It will not happen. I understand their position as to the shirt and the top that I bought, but if they won't take back a dress with the uneven hem, they will not take back anything. I included a picture of the dress so that everyone can see the item the item that BeautifulHalo refused to take back

You can almost copy and paste the names of some of the clothes into Amazons search and find the exact same items for substantially less.

My daughter found this really cool galaxy print sweatshirt that she loved. I ordered a large for her. She wears an adult small or medium depending on the company. Finally received the sweatshirt- odd fabric but not bad feeling. It's too small. When I asked to exchange it they told me I had to do all kinds of measuring. I told them that's not the proper way to do business. They told me too bad. Very disappointed. Stay very far away!

My daughter bought a sweatshirt for her best friend. The item arrived covered in black smudge marks. I got on their web site to find a customer service number and of course there was none. I filled out an online complaint form, and they told me to keep the item and they'd give me 5% off my next order! I told them I wanted a full refund, and they just kept emailing back telling me to keep it and that they'd give me a 5% discount! The item is totally useless and I'm out all my money. Total scam.

The most unprofessional and rude company I have ever had to encounter. The return policy is an absolute joke, after reading the small print it says that you can't just return clothes because you don't like them or don't fit you properly but you have to measure the clothes to prove that they are smaller than the website declares them to be. Even after the rigmarole of measuring the bust, length, shoulder width and arm length of every item of clothing they still weren't having it despite the clothing clearly being too small. Now having to go through legal action to get my money back.

I placed an order with Beautiful Halo despite reading some not-so-favourable reviews. I figured that since I've ordered from places similar before, this one surely couldn't be too bad, especially since they have a ton of bloggers promoting their business. I was obviously wrong.

I placed my order on August 28th. On August 31st, they emailed me saying that an item I had ordered was out of stock, and could I please choose one to exchange? The primary reason why I even ordered was because of the out of stock item. After checking their cancellation policy, I emailed them requesting a cancellation.

I have been in an absolute nightmare with this company since then. They first offered to credit my Beautiful Halo account, to which I refused and said I wanted it back on my credit card. I was then told that I would get the refund. Lo and behold, a day later, they email me back saying that they have the other items ready to ship, and asking if I would reconsider the cancellation. I replied again, no, I would like to cancel the order and receive my money back to my credit card as they had told me they would a day before.

They have kept on sending me this "reconsider" message for two days now, so over five times. I have threatened legal action twice; the first time, they replied again with "we have the two items ready to ship, is it ok to refund the out of stock item and ship the others?" Not to mention, each reply from them has taken at least six or seven hours to send. Their customer service is ridiculously bad, and their English is not good at all. I can barely understand it.

Don't buy from this website unless you want to be caught up in an absolute mess. It's HORRIBLE.

Seriously, just don't do it. Order two things, they took OVER A MONTH to arrive. When they did, one was completely wrong - I ordered a dress & they sent a shirt. The other item was correct, a sweater, but the quality is so poor I had to rip it off after wearing it for a few seconds. The material of both is so cheap. The customer service is terrible, they keep saying they will give me 5% off my next purchase - it's a joke! I've had to start a dispute with paypal as they're refusing to refund me. BIG SCAM - AVOID!

I ordered on 3Aug. All items had a 2-4 day processing time and I paid for 6 day shipping. I contacted them on 10Aug because items were still listed as processing; their reply: "Since we need more time to purchase the item You choose the standard shipping need 7-10 days. Plz wait". Contacted again on 18Aug because still processing. Their reply: "We are rushing it for you and will ship it out soon." and the next day (19th) I received this message: "We will sent out to you Tomorrow. Plz wait".
I finally received a tracking number for my order! It didn't ship until the 27th! Waiting to see if it gets here in the 6 days I paid for, the 7-10 days they said I chose or in a few weeks based on other reviews of this site.

NEVER ordering from these people again! Terrible customer service and they outright lied to me about shipping my items.

***Items finally arrived on 3Sep. Quality is ok; we'll see how they hold up to regular wear.
