Ordered two shirts for a concert, chose faster shipping to get it a few days before the concert. Didn't even get them yet and it's been 5 days AFTER the concert. I also paid extra for the shipping. That was a mistake. Oh and I sent a complaint, they still haven't replied, (also says the complaint was viewed) but they were SO quick to send me an email the first time I was going to order something but my card didn't go thru, and they emailed me offering coupons or a discount right after. And now I can't get one back. Funny.

Worst

Bought a light. Over 44.00 for shipping. Received it broken. Now they want me to fix it locally. Had to send them 10 pictures more then once. Should be ashamed.

Absolutely terrible

I spent over $100 dollars on the site and ordered 3 day shipping. My order took 2 months. When I got my package I was very upset as the material the clothes were made of were very cheap and uncomfortable. I will never order from this site again and I suggest you never waste money here.

Terrible service

Ordered some lights for a job and discussed at length the shipping times via their on line chat on their web site. Was promised the lights would arrive prior to a certain date. I paid expedited shipping. The lights arrive days later than promised. Their tracking system is a joke. Their website still says the order is in processing. No customer service. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Dishonest company

I ordered a dress and a romper from the site, it took 9 days to process my order and if I hadn't written to ask about my order they still wouldn't have sent it.

I called DPEX (the delivery company they use) and they told my this site has not stated within how many days should the parcel be delivered. The time for delivery on the clothes site is a LIE. I live in Hong Kong and the site is based in China. It shouldn't have taken THIS long, it's been more three weeks.

My advice, however biased it might be (better safe than sorry) is, DON'T BUY FROM CHINESE SITES. The quality often turns out to be crap, and people are used to being dishonest. It is slightly pricier to buy from UK- or US-based stores, but your $#*! is mostly covered. I did not know it's a Chinese site, until I see the broken English in the emails from the customer service people. And I was like, f**k. I'm still waiting for the items, if the quality turns out to be bad, I'd definitely ask for a refund.

The way these Chinese sites work, is that you can't get back at them and they've had your money. I hope this rant could at least let more people know.

Great Skirt

I ordered the Plain Hollow Zipper Side Flared Midi Skirt in Black. It looks more expensive than it really is. When I wore this skirt, I received so many compliments! I want this skirt in every color.

Ordered a nice skirt after I saw a post about it tumblr. Had no idea about the store, didn't read the reviews or anything. It took forever to arrive, admittedly I did start to get a little worried. When it came I pulled it out put it on and realised it was completely see through, the undergarment fabric was ridiculously bad quality. The only reason I didn't try and get a refund was because the outer skirt pattern was lovely and looked true to the picture, it fit nicely as well. However, don't expect to get amazing quality of the fabrics because I now have to wear shorts under it everywhere I go, and it is quite obvious. Otherwise a not-bad purchase. Don't know if I would order again though..

I ordered a really cool looking sweater from BeautifulHalo. I ordered it around January, and it got to me around March. When I contacted customer service in mid February, they said the delay was because of the Lunar New Year. It was one size only, which should've been my first clue, bit it was a lot smaller than the website said it would be. It fits me, but I would've preferred it to be a lot baggier. However, the quality of the sweater is great, really nice material, sturdy zippers and good stitching.

I purchased a pair of leggings from this company in September. Over a month and a half later, I still have not received my item. I tried using the tracking that the site gave me. The company that was tracking my item never received the package, but were aware it was supposed to be coming.
I tried to use the online chat service on the beautifulhalo website, to no avail. I was told to email the company and they would get back to me.
I emailed the company detailing the situation. Over the next two days I received two different emails saying that they would get back to me on Monday. When I hadn't heard from them Monday, I emailed on Tuesday, asking for a full refund for the product I never received. I have yet to hear back from them.

Don't Do it!

We purchase four light fixtures from Beautiful Halo. Shame on us for not checking the reviews before purchasing.

1. The lights were advertised as industrial metal lights. They were cheaply sponge-painted, plaster.
2. They claimed 3-5 day shipping. It took 4 weeks.
3. Replacement light bulbs are not available in stores. The socket size is "unique" to the fixture.
4. The bulbs were a sturdy plastic variety!
5. They will not take returns. Pay no attention to any return policy. They will not accept return.

By far the worst, most frustrating experience I have ever experienced. I just hope my ignorance can help someone avoid the same.

I ordered on Oct 10 and paid extra for it to be shipped within six days. It was delayed until Oct 22, supposedly because they were waiting on shipment of stock. Then the day they shipped the order, the refunded me for that item they were supposedly waiting for, without advising me or confirming this with me. It is now Nov 4 and I still haven't received my order. They gave me the wrong site to check the tracking, and the correct site just stopped tracking my order and said the number didn't exist right after it arrived in my country. I have spoken to their customer service via chat at least half a dozen times and they will make excuses every single time. It's never their fault or there is never any problem with how they dealt with the matter. They offered me pathetic discount codes for VIP STATUS (which essentially means they will give you free shipping and priority status, which, if you read through their site, you get anyway without the code) and another code they gave me would give me $15 off a $250 order... except instead of calculating the discount at checkout, they will REFUND the $15 'at a later date', which I doubt the veracity of, considering their customer service to date.

I've ordered from similar sites like Romwe and past incarnations, but I've never had a problem with them like I have had with BeautifulHalo.

STAY AWAY.

Baically the clothes that were purchased were way too small and did not even come close to the measurements advertised on the web site. When approached they basically wanted to give us 5% off next order leaving us with clothes that do not fit! Complete waste of time. Stay away from this company!

Ordered my Halloween costume from Beautifulhalo nearly 2 weeks ahead of time so I wouldn't have to worry about it getting here on time.

Find the outfit, select size small, paid extra for 3-6 day shipping.

They message me a day later telling me they're out of the small size after I already paid. I asked if the medium size was much different, they give me no helpful information and ask me if I want to order the medium or not. I said sure, better than nothing. Even considering the size delay, 6 days later my costume/outfit still hasn't arrived. I email them and they told me it would be here by November 3rd which is useless to me and they tell me hopefully I can use it for my next event. TERRIBLE customer service and extremely misleading website STAY AWAY! You will NOT get what you pay for! They are not even aware that they offer 3-6 day shipping when you check out!

Absolutely Terrible

Multiple items I attempted to order were out of stock. The email conversation between customer service and myself had so many exchanges, it took weeks for them to ship out the order after ultimately finalizing it. They shipped out the order and it was returned BACK TO CHINA due to "insufficient address", which was not true. When I messaged the company to reship the order, they said the shipping fee would be $50+ on the less than $40 order I already paid shipping on! Then they sent me an email saying their system says I received my order and asked me to leave a review for them... I have YET to get anything from them- including the full refund for my order. I will not be ordering from the ever! Worst retail experience I've ever had. I have also filed a claim on PayPal. Do not order from this company.

STAY AWAY

Ordered clothing to be expedited. 1 week later and still nothing. Nobody responds to emails and I can't call. The chat window they have is pointless as nobody responds. They are the most incompetent bunch of morons I've ever dealt with. Who ever is responsibile for their customer service is actually losing this company money, and should be dealt with be managemwnt accordingly.

Don't Waste Your Time

I ordered a jacket for a Halloween costume and paid for expedited shipping to have it before leaving town. It was supposed to arrive within 4 days at the latest. It's day number 4, and it hasn't even shipped yet! I've been trying to contact the company, but there's conveniently no phone number. So I've been sitting with this live chat window open for quite a while with no one responding on the other end. Worst buying experience I've EVER had. I would never recommend this site to anyone. Why exactly would I pay for a service or an item I'm not going to receive? I have absolutely no use for a Halloween costume after Halloween.
