Purchased 2 sweaters, both listed as "one size" and with published dimensions. Both were exceptionally small and after asking what options I had, was asked to take multiple detailed measurements with pictures which I did. All dimensions well below their item's description. They then said "hope you can use them" and offered no solution. Worthless computer generated responses to legitimate concerns. Will never buy again.

Items were slow in arriving, sizes were miniscule, and there was no way to return. They robbed us of our money we spent on items that were to be gifts that couldnt be given.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Sells crap and then refuses to return items - saying it's "one size fits all" and the measurements of the item falls within the range of their given sizing charts. Required me to take measurements of my item, take pix of me taking the measurements and then said it fit to their specifications. Refuses to return or exchange. Item is junk. This company are thieves!

Well... BeautifulHalo! After trying to crawl up my backside, you eventually grant me my refund... with the option to have it as a credit for yr website! Absolutely no thank you! I have told them how disappointed I am and asked for a refund to my personal account. I will never use them again.

Ordered 4 lights in November. Website described hemp rope lights and we received a piece of plastic that "looked" like rope. Three of the four globes were broken. We have been in contact with customer service for two weeks... several email exchanges later they are refusing to respond to our request to replace the globes... even though we paid insurance on the shipment! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Terrible company

I gave one star so I could write a review. I ordered a dress that does not fit probably. Have been trying to get a return address and they keep asking me to keep the dress. Why would I keep it if it does not fit. I provided all the pictures that they required. Still to no avail did I receive an address. I will write everyday to let the public how dissatisfied I am about this company.

I ordered two sweatshirts for my normal teenager daughters (who, in the US, is a size medium). Although they were both advertised as being "one size fits all," what they neglect to say is "all five year olds."

When I contacted them about it, they gave me a song and dance about them being "within their specs," so they "couldn't do a refund as they weren't defective."

Good grief, how companies like this stay in business is beyond me.

I want to personally thank thatsmoderatelyraven.tumblr.com for being so helpful this holiday season. There's probably hundreds of us that got suckered into buying from this crappy site thanks to her sponsored reblogs every single day. They promised me on December 6 that I would get my order before Christmas. Well they waited until the 13th to ship it and guess what it came on December 29th. And it's a joke. 'One Size' it looks like it's for a toddler. Literally. Even an xs adult would not wear this; the sleeves are a joke. Yet again, online asians- 1. Naive Canadian - 0

I bought a light and it took over 6 weeks to arrive, was charged £125 delivery and then had to pay a further £65 import taxes. It is a rubbish chinese company that use english names and then say it is my fault as it is in the small print on the site.

We are experiencing the same issues as many other people have put on this site. Ordered clothes for our daughter for Christmas on November 27th. They were quick to take our money on Paypal, but no clothes have arrived. My wife started a chat with a representative on their web site the other day, was told only that the item had been shipped and was given a tracking number. The shipping company's site offers absolutely no information as to where the package is at this point. So it is now 2 days before Christmas, we are out almost $200 and have no clothes to give our daughter. Stay away from this company and this website. They are awful.

UPDATE 1/20/2016: After filing a complaint with PayPal before Christmas, we finally received a refund to our Paypal account this week. Still doesn't help the fact that we had no clothes to give our daughter on Christmas morning, but at least we were able to get the issue closed. My original review still stands... stay far, far away from this company. They are awful.

Beware, Very Misleading!

I have never purchased anything from beautifulhalo before but I ordered two items from the website as holiday gifts on November 30th because this is what my friend specifically asked for from beautifulhalo. I read the company's shipping disclosure statement prior to purchasing and it states that shipping usually takes 3-5 days but in extreme situations, it can be delayed. I thought that I had plenty of time in case something went wrong before Christmas. I waited, but I didn't hear anything from them- no emails, no tracking info, nothing. So on the 10th day, I started a chat conversation with a customer rep. All they could do was hand me a tracking code and website; that's when I found out that my order was just being shipping from Shenzhen China. I had no idea up until that point that I had ordered from China to the US (I probably would not have ordered if I had known ahead of time because of the shipping time and the labor issues there). So I waited some more, thinking "Okay, I still have 15 days." However another ten days went by, I contacted customer service explaining my situation and said that this is unacceptable. I again received no response, other than the tracking number and website. I will most likely not receive my order in time and I am disappointed. I don't even know if the order is going to be correct as some others have complained. I will never order from them again, the aggravation alone is enough. Just poor customer service, a misleading website and misleading disclaimer. Stay away.

I ordered some light fixtures for my basement that I'm finishing, the price seems to good to be true... shipping charges is where they get yah.
Ordered on 11-29 today is 12-21 still haven't received my order, submitted ticket of inquiry and the said I'd have it 12-18! Nothing!
Just send me my order!

The quality is probably what you get from a cheap and tacky market stall and the returns policy is all lies. It states on the actual item you can get a refund if you return the item within 15 days. Then they spend the 15 days arguing that a 'one size' item cannot be returned and wont give you a return address

I ordered two sweaters from Beautiful Halo as Christmas presents on December 12th. They stated 3-5 day shipping. Now with most places that would mean that you'd have it in about a week, not the case with Beautiful Halo. As of yesterday, December 20th, my order was still processing. I submitted a ticket and they responded that the items had shipped (that day!) and that there is a processing time of about 15-20 days! They need to state that somewhere when people order. I really hope that I get those sweaters in time for Christmas or my daughter is going to be short two gifts! But I don't know if I will because the tracking website they said to use is in Chinese! I'm American, I don't know Chinese! Never shopping with them again!

This website/company is a complete joke! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Seriously, I've worn M and L women's shirts all of my life and when I got my sweatshirts in the mail (after about 3 weeks) I literally laughed as soon as I took them out of the packaging. I was so excited about the designs on them that I assumed I would be able to get into a "one size fits all" option, but I was super wrong. Like these shirts were XS, S at the largest.

Then I contacted them thru email to ask if I could return it and get a full refund. The first response I got was to take multiple pictures and measurements of the items and send them back to them. When I said no just let me know where I can send them back to and how can I possibly get a refund because I know what size I wear and these definitely won't fit, I was given to a different person. This person then proceeded to email back and forth with me numerous times before finally saying they wouldn't accept the return. All the while addressing me as "Customer" (i. E., Dear Customer,) when I gave them my name and continued to try to stay polite throughout our interactions.

Long story short they're products are SUPER SMALL and their customer service is absolute crap! Just be forewarned before you buy ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered a sweatshirt Nov 22. It arrived December 17. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's almost a month after ordering. To add insult to injury, the large fits like a small. I'm not a big person by any matter of means (5'9,145 lbs to be exact), but I think my sweatshirt could fit a child snuggly. I will not be ordering from this website again-- and neither should you, if you want quality items for your money.

Despite reading the wary reviews, I decided to try ordering something. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly it arrived (2 weeks, versus estimated 6 weeks) and the quality was about what I expected. The number of emails I've received since are the annoying part. From a recent email: "We are wring to invite you to write review for us, we will send cash to you immediately if you did review for us."

First off, anyone writing a five-star review on this place is probably writing it from their desk at Beautiful Halo. Read a few, you'll see notable similarities. I ordered a medium hoodie for my daughter from them. When it arrived, it was immediately apparent that it was way too small to be a medium. The quality of the material isn't particularly good either - very thin for a sweatshirt. They ONLY redeeming quality is that they do answer emails - but they don't provide any solutions. Best they would do was offer a 40% refund for a totally useless item. Stay away.
