Bought a light fixture. The item was called bronze. What showed up was yellow and not even close to the correct color. Also 2 pieces were broken where the lights are held in place. Their response was it should still light up fine. Despite with pay pal and I can return the 160 item at a shipping cost to me of 120! So I basically wasted 40 dollars and a lot of time to find out this company is garbage.
I haven't even placed an order yet but I had to write a review on their so-called customer service live chat. First the rep told me she is the only customer service rep.
Jane: I do not understand what you are saying.
Jane: Is there someone else that might be better able to answer my question?
Jane: I would like to order several things today but I need this question answered.
Sophia: We only sell the light which shows in the picture.
Jane: Again, is there someone else I can speak with?
Sophia: No. There's only me.
So good luck with "Sophia" if you have a question about something specific as it pertains to your order. I would caution anyone thinking of buying from this website. It all seems a bit sketchy. It is too bad because I am trying to decorate a nursery and fell in love with a light that I can only find there.

Purchase 2 tops for my daughter - one size med (she is average size for 15yr old) and the other was 'one size' only. Unfortunately both were really small in size and when I contacted customer services re their returns policy I was advised that unless they had made a mistake with sizing I could not return items. In a perfect world we would all be of one size and everything would fit but sadly life isn't like that. Really disappointed with them and their policy so just we weary when you order clothing. Needless to say I won't be using their site again.
I mistakenly made a purchase for a light fixture from Beautiful Halo without doing my due diligence. About 48hrs after I placed my order I began to research them online and wasn't comfortable with buying a light fixture from a company that deals predominately in clothing. I notified them within their 72hr cancellation policy and then the real fun started. I have received several emails now practically begging me not to cancel my order. The correspondence borders between desperation and threats of penalties. Extremely uncomfortable with their business practices
If I could give 0 stars I would. This site is a scam and shouldn't ever be trusted, please please please do not buy any item off of it, you won't get it and if you do and you want to return or exchange you can't. I'm doubtful that its a legit company and I strongly urge you to shop elsewhere. Their customer service is frightful and they don't seem to care. It's a terrible site and I can't stress that enough.

Bought 3 clothes here, one came in AWFUL quality, two leggings both too small, one HORRIBLY pixellated google images style, visible white seam against black at the crotch, both too small and uncomfortable. Bought a sweater too, uncomfortable and fair quality. Have to wear an undershirt because of the cheap material. Smelly when delivered as well.
Rude/unprofessional customer service, contacted them about them taking a month to package my item, got something back along the lines of "lol plz wait we're getting it to u"
Also pretty sure they jacked my card info because i got foreign charges up the wazoo right after buying them but thats just a current suspicion.
I made 2 orders at Beautifulhalo, with 3 items. And I love all 3! Materials are good in touch and soft. Products are just like on photos, colours are perfect, good quality with even better price. Dress in "one size" is a little too big for me, but that's not problem because that's have elastic on back so I can make it smaller. Really worth to buy!
My best friend ordered from this website awhile back for christmas. She was really excited because she found cute clothes that she was going to wear to school, and i was like "yeah wooo!" about 2 weeks after christmas, she texted me and was like "dude my clothes still aren't here?" (she ordered december 16) to me that was odd because her mom paid for expedited shipping. After the shirts (one never came at all) came in, she called me over and said "do you want them? They don't fit me even though i sent in my measurements." as they don't fit me either, i think this is ridiculous. My best friend spent her money for a christmas present and first, she didn't even get it on time. Second, most things didn't fit and one never even came. Her mother told me she tried to get in contact with customer service and they would not give her a refund because the refund had to be within 15 days of ordering. Well, the order didnt even come until about a month later? They offered her a 20% coupon on their next order, which they did not take. After the mother's researching about this website, she found out that they PAY PEOPLE TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS! I guarantee most of the "good" reviews on here are not sentimental. PLEASE do not waste your time and money with this website as they are scammers and just want your money! Please read the negative reviews before you decide to make a purchase.
Bought a Plain Long Sleeve High Low Round Neck Sweater. Found out that the product is not suitable for use from where I come from. It's too thick and heavy. But if I were to be at the right place, the quality is actually good enough.
I'm an online shopper, and I've bought from these people three times, the first two sucked, but I managed. The third time, ill never do it again. I ordered a jacket, a cardigan and high-waisted pants. They first emailed me saying that the jacket I wanted was out of stock, and I had to pick a new color. I was upset, but managed, and finally, they got her, after a month or so. And the pants I ordered, weren't them. I ordered ones with the knees cut out and detailed. The ones I received were plain high-waisted pants. And the worst part is, there was no button hole, I was flabbergasted, as they had the hem all sewn around where the button would go, but no hole. And I emailed them, saying I wanted the correct pants, but they are only offering me a 20% refund and told me I could find a local place to fix them and it wasn't a big deal. And I called them out on their crappy service, as they are so proud to flaunt their "good" service. I'm never shopping here again. Don't be and idiot, and save your money, seriously, even if you buy the same thing, but for a lot more, your better off.
Update: Their sending me the correct jeans, but won't take the old jeans back for some reason... I don't know what's up with this website. And I'm not even sure if they will send me the jeans, or just say they will to shut me up. The thirteen days are over anyway, so theirs nothing I can do now. Except warn all you to stay away from here. It's to good to be true, don't order from here. And something I noticed on there site, their are no bad reviews. Any time I review something it never seems like it goes up, and they keep up their stupid starter graph. They have it set up to where only good reviews can be left, this website is a scam their after your money, nothing else.
I bought for 100 euro on the site, it states no FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. I got a notice from DHL to pay 34 euro import taks.
It took the customer service 11 days to respond to the submitted ticket with the following answer: "Please pay the tax and pick up the package asap.Or it will be destroyed soon and we can't do anything for you"

I ordered 6 shirts for my daughter. I measured her to make sure I was getting the right sizes. Either their size chart is off or they just sent whatever they felt like sending. One shirt they sent was a crop top, but what I ordered was a regular shirt (which was shown in their picture). The material for 4 out of the 6 shirts was thin and cheap. I would have returned 5 out of 6 of them but they have a policy that you can only do returns or exchanges within 15 days of ordering. So if you don't get your order within 15 days (good luck with that!) you're stuck with whatever you got. Never ordering from them again!
My order is still listed as "processing," although it was placed over a month ago and we have received an item. It was, however, not the item ordered. It was a shirt (although it was a sweater instead of a sweatshirt) printed with the specified character (but not the correct design image). The delivered package did not have the company name listed anywhere, and communication regarding shipping/processing time was very poor. When a ticket was submitted approximately two weeks after ordering, requesting an estimate on the processing time, a return message was received that read simply "feb 8". The incorrect item was received well before that date, so I'm uncertain what that response even represented.
I must say i ordered form BH website like 5 times already and i have all possitive experiences with them. Most of the clothes fit my size expect the 2 t-shirts of uni size but luckily it fits my sister but from the amount of clothes i recieved it's not a big deal. The clothes are really original what i personally appreciate as i don't like many people wearing the same. The delivery took like 3 weeks what is quite good considering me living in the middle of europe.
I had problems with customs detention package but i understand that was not the page fault. Overall I am very satisfied and I do not have to say anything negative against them.
I ordered a pair of jeans from beautifulhalo a while back. I don't usually shop online but their site seemed promising -- ironically. I paid a bit extra for them to arrive sooner, but they never showed. To this day, I do not have those jeans (I'm over it, but it was annoying at the time). A "representative" contacted me through emails and phone calls and there was apparently nothing they could do. They didn't even reimburse me. It's not just me, though. After this happened, I researched the website and read about the same thing happening to many other people.
I ordered a shirt for Christmas. I paid an extra $15 for expedited shipping (2-3 days). Never got it in time. After I complained, they returned $12 and used the remainder $3 to send it in the slowest mail. Instead of them paying for expedited shipping since I needed the item ASAP, they took it upon themselves to send it in the slowest way possible. It took so long that I couldn't even give the shirt to my daughter for her birthday! Finally after 4-5 weeks, the shirt finally got here. Well I don't want it anymore. They want me to pay for shipping it back to them in order for them to give me a refund. Really? After all that crap, I'm supposed to pay for shipping? They also just ignore anything you have to say... I just talk to a live chat customer service representative that just kept repeating that I email them and when I kept telling him that no one will help me, "Dan" just ended the conversation.
I never write reviews but I feel I have to warn people of this company before they make the same mistakes I did. If I could've given them 0 stars then I would. This was my first time using this company and I ordered 3 coats and a jumper. I ordered this on the 26th of December. 2 Weeks after making the purchase I was informed that one of the items was out of stock. I wasn't in the slightest happy about this as if it wasn't in stock then it shouldn't have been on the website or I should have been informed earlier than 2 weeks later! I was actually refunded for this item however it has been another 2 weeks and I still haven't received my order nor any dispatch information! Baring in mind that on the website it says delivery to the UK will be 5-15 days and it's been 28.
I started to think it was very weird that I still hadn't heard anything about my order so I decided to speak to someone on a live chat about my order. They were very unhelpful and very unsympathetic, however told me that my order is in Shenzhen, and will be with me in a week, but I have no faith. I then proceeded to ask them for a phone number and they went on to make excuses to why they have no phone number. All seems very sketchy to me.
I now have to try and go through paypal in the hope that I'll be able to be refunded the money from this dodgy company. I am down £75 with no order to show. Bad service. Misleading information. No phone number to call. All very sketchy and I hope no one else will make the same mistakes I did.
I've been spending 2 months bloody negotiating with the customer service because they mistakenly thought I had not payed for my products when I in fact used all my store credit. Now all my store credit has disappeared along with my order, and I feel completely betrayed by a company I WAS PROMOTING. Awful service.
I actually work (now worked as I feel wrong working for them) as an affiliate for this website and brought in lots of sales and traffic for them. Once I saved up enough store credit I tried to buy 5 items and after a month of waiting for them to arrive went to investigate the problem. I was not contacted once to be informed that there was a problem with my order, just left to decide whether to investigate or forget. I sent in a message to customer service and while they pride themselves in responding within two days, every single response was completely unhelpful. I'm now here two months later still trying to get back my store credit that I earned just to buy some Christmas presents and clothes for myself that I'm starting to feel miserable about.
Instead of realising their mistake and quickly resolving the issue, they displace everything onto the customer and are clearly disorganised when it comes to their customer service. Really disappointed as I thought the clothes here looked great, and gave a lot of my time to doing affiliate work for them.

Answer: I charged mine on my AMEX card as they will protect you, so the chargeback worked BUT now they are calling me daily, 3 months later, to return the dress. I have heard this is a nightmare as they want you to send it back to china at a huge posted cost. Can't win with HALO!
