I accidentally ordered duplicate items and caught the mistake immediately. I cancelled the order right away but the website would not cancel the order. The duplicate items were never shipped however they processed the full payment including the duplicates. This is contrary to their own return policy. After multiple requests for a refund I received a store credit. PS none of the items fit as described. Not even close.

I bought a t-shirt from them in a size XL and what I got was less than a medium. I tried to go back to the product and it had been taken off the website.

I ordered an electrical product. It was missing parts. Even with parts, a licensed electrician refused to install it because it was unfit for outdoor use. It was advertised as an outdoor product. After a month of efforts at getting a refund they offered 15%. Returning any products to this vendor will cost more than the refund they promise. You will not even get that.

Ordered in march, it's June now and I still haven't gotten my dress. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They're a huge scam. You'll just be wasting your money

My light fixture came in damaged without all of the hardware and absolutely no assistance from customer service. Had I been smart enough to read the reviews I would have never purchased anything from them. Unfortunately, they don't handle the products which come from manufacturers elsewhere. It's too bad because they have some great designs. I am hoping pay pal will get my money refunded.

I ordered a watch through here and it took about 2 months to get to me. I emailed them constantly and always received like a tracking order that always said cannot be found. This is a huge scam, when I fist purchased it they tried to get me to buy another. I finally received the watch yesterday and part of it already broke, I'm still gonna wear it since I went through this much trouble, but don't order off this website.

Ordered an overpriced light. Came broken and bent. Took over a month to get to me. No way to contact them other than ridiculous email. I can't even return it. Spent $300 on a light that is worth $50 at best! I'm so hopping mad. This is a scam! BEWARE!

I orderd a watch over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived, I submitted a ticket to them asking if this time was normal when shipping to Australia, they replied by sending me a tracking number and Chinese tracking website, I went to the website and entered my number, and surprise it said 'couldn't be found' so basically I sitting here wondering if it will ever come. DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE DODGY AF

Do not order from this website. I ordered 2 items and was promised dates which I would recurve them and a month and a half later I just now find out they don't even have the items. They have no phone number and do not respond promptly to emails and even when they do all they do is lie. Stay away!

I bought a light and it was broke. Exposed wires and metal it chipped. They would not return it so I disputed it on my credit card!

Their products are unfinished and have sharp edges. It can cause severe wounds when putting together. Need to better their quality.

Received my order (tee) way earlier than I expected. It came just as described. And a perfect fit. Im actually happy with my buy!
