I ordered a light from Beautiful Halo on a Friday. On Sunday, I found a similar light at a nearby store, decided to save some money, and bought it from there instead. Sent an email on Monday asking that, since my order was still processing, could they cancel and give me a refund.

First response "It's been more than 24 hours since you've placed your order, it's a very nice light, please keep it. Order not canceled"

So I asked again, stating that their website says I am able to get back at least 60% of my cash even after 24 hours.

Second response: "Yes, but it's truly a very nice light. Please keep it and we'll mail it to you faster.

Again I asked for my money back.

Third response: Please keep the light and we'll give you a coupon for your next purchase.

Yeah right, like I'd ever order from this site again. I've sent a fourth email telling them to either refund my money, or I'm disputing the charge. At this point I'm worried their stringing me along in emails until the product ships and I can't do anything about it, which would suck. My advice, pick a different website. This one is super shady, and albeit polite, not helpful at all.

Please do NOT order from BeautifulHalo! They have zero communication with their customers once the order is placed. They will hold the entire order if one item is not in stock and wait to ship it and not tell you. I have waited 27 days for my clothes to be delivered! They also give you a tracking number, but no carrier to track it with! I had to get PayPal involved to get the status of my order and once asking for my money back I miraculously got the status! Then when I received my items, half of them were cheap material. Not worth the wait or all the hassle. Buy from another site and NOT overseas! Trust me! After weeks of fighting to get my money back with the company... I got smart and opened a claim with PayPal and I received a FULL refund!

I had purchased a knit cardigan from this website, the next few days I had changed my mind about the purchase and decided to cancel my order before it shipped out. It took me 30 minutes to figure out how to cancel the order- which didn't really cancel anything but put in a request to cancel it? The response that I got was "Dear Customer, Would you keep the order. It is under processing, we will ship it to you soon."
THEY TOLD ME TO KEEP THE ORDER.
I was so irradiated at this point that I gave up on it and would see how the cardigan looked when I got it in the mail. 2 weeks later, I received this gray plastic package with my name on it.
'Weird, what's this?' I thought.
When I opened the bag, I realized it was the cardigan, which I thought was odd because not only did it not have a shipping label with the company's name on it (it had this random address from China), It did not have the receipt for the order as well. So I try it on, and it was most defiantly not a One Size fits all. Not only did it not look like the image that was shown on the website, but it was too small and the fabric was incredibly itchy. I was hoping to just return it and get my money back but like I said, a order receipt was not even provided for me. This website is beyond shady and I feel idiotic for taking a chance with it and not properly doing my research about it first. So I hope this will keep any one of you readers from buying products that Beautiful Halo provides. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!

Their delivery process is extremely LONG! I checked the website nearly every day since I purchased it to see if it had been shipped, for ONE WHOLE Month it was not shipped at all and finally it was shipped but took TWO Months to get here!

When I got the Purple Galaxy jumper it looked very cheap, I gave it a go and put in on and I nearly lost it. I waited THREE MONTHS for a cheap thin fabric jumper to arrive which did not even fit me, somehow it was too small!

I enjoy the pattern but it is NOT a winter jumper, a summer jumper or spring.

I tried to return shorts that did not fit, this is their response.
Dear customer,
Sorry that you are not satisfied with the items. The sizes should be ok if you had referred to the product details and checked the shown measurements for each part. We need some information from you to investigate this issue.
First, please flat the items on the desk or on the floor.
Second, use a tape to measure the items (like bust, waist, hips, length, shoulder parts of it if it has these parts). Then take a picture of each part when measuring them.
Send us those pictures and we will check the sizes. If they are within the deviation of 2cm, then the size should be ok, it won't be our fault. If not, we will be responsible for that and will offer you an better solution.

I ordered a dress and chose my size based off the size chart and when I received it, it was way to small. It looked like it could fit a 5 year old. I emailed customer service asking for a refund and they said I can't have my money back even though I offered to send it back. They even used text speak like "plz" instead of please and "thnk u" instead of thank you. I am very disappointed and I'm about ready to get the police involved. I wish I could give them a -5 as a rating.

Beautiful Halo is an excellent website to find good deals on clothes that are normally difficult to find online. However, it does take a bit of searching through their website to find the perfect clothing. I've bought over 10 items from here and I've only been unsatisfied with 1/10.

The main reason I will never buy from this website again is because I realized after the fact that many of the images they advertise with are stolen from other clothing websites. For example, i recognized many of their swimsuits from the website Blackmilk.com. If that alone doesn't deter you, let me describe my shopping expirience. I waited for a full month before I emailed them to ask where my items were. They said that my order was still processing. I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund. They said that I would have to pay a processing fee. That is not common and I'm not sure if it's legal. By the time the items shipped, three of the tops I had ordered were out of stock. When the packages finally arrived, they had a strong, foul odor. All the tags had been cut off of the clothing (some of the plastic pieces were still attached.) One of the sweaters had a tear in the colar, and another had a black mark on the white portion of the front. Because they had no tags, I didn't know that they weren't safe to put in the dryer. Every item shrunk.

The shipping was pretty quick in my opinion despite where it was shipped from (and I only used standard shipping). I was excited when the package arrived but soon felt greatly disappointed at the cheap materials of the clothes.

I ordered a blouse, a midi skirt and a short skirt. Everything fits perfectly fine on me, but like many people mentioned the size runs pretty small as expected of standard Asian size. Despite the really nice floral pattern, the blouse was very flimsy and it feels like I can easily tear it without any effort. I've brought other blouses with similar feel of material and it was fine when I put it in the washer. However for this blouse, it got ripped at the strangest area (along where the buttons are even though I didn't buttoned the blouse) after being washed in gentle cycle. The midi skirt was ok. Partially lined so it wasn't completely see through but the texture feels a bit weird. The short skirt, however, is completely see through so I would have to wear something underneath.

I really wanted to return the short skirt but they seems to have very strict return policy and it's not worth paying for return shipping compare to how much I might get refunded.

Waited over a month then was emailed and told my items HADN'T BEEN SHIPPED YET.

One item came too small (despite being listed as a larger size than my other order) and after a fight I tried to return it but they never refunded me (so now I'm out cost PLUS shipping).

The item I kept was worn once then FELL APART. Not worth a single penny.

I ordered a sweater, which I waited over a month for. The quality was fine… but it was a completely different sweater than the one I ordered. I emailed this about them several times, and only got one response in which they told me they'd allow me to return it and send me a new one… but I had to pay for shipping. When I told them I refused to pay for THEIR mistake and asked for a refund, they started claiming I should keep the sweater that was sent to me because even if it's not what I ordered, it's still a nice sweater… What the hell? They then told me it wasn't their fault I didn't like what they sent me and that they couldn't fix it. Stay away from this website, they are unbelievably rude and their customer service is atrocious.

I have ordered from beautiful halo three separate times now and have been happy with my order every time. As online wholesale websites go, Beautiful Halo is definitely my favorite. They have incredibly cute, unique clothing at surprisingly low prices, and I would order from them again in a heartbeat.

I ordered a mother of the bride dress. The description said it was 2 piece but it arrived as one piece. I ordered medium slate blue - a grey blue color - I got navy blue, the same as the bridesmaid -great. Now the worst part - it is too small to zip up and they will not return the dress. $165.00 spent on something too small. Oh' they will e-mail with you everyday but will not do a return. WORST COMPANY EVER! Thank god I ordered it with my Amex card of which I did a charge back. Hours of time wasted, do NOT order from this site!
