Terrible return policy

The men's denim hoodie was supposed to be XL, was more like a medium. Their return policy is non-existent. Offered 20% refund with me paying the postage. Asked the credit card company to deny payment. What a waste.

I would give o stars if I could.
Paid for knitted cardigan got printed cheap and chatty sent to me will not refund or accept returns. Insist they have sent correct item. Sent photos of recd and ordered items and copy of original order still say sent correct item.
No where on site does it say based in China.
Rt photo what I ordered chunky knitted cheap chatty printed, Lt, what I received
Advice, stay clear.

The absolute most DISGUSTING "Customer Service." I inquired about purchasing a light fixture and they couldn't confirm the color of the hardware on it. Half the photos displayed black hardware and the other half displayed silver hardware, but there was no option to choose. An agent via their Chat service told me "I don't know" and ended the chat. Then I inquired about the cost of return shipping with another agent via Chat and she was incredibly nasty, unintelligent, and totally incompetent. She could care less. After not being able to receive a clear response to my actual question, I told her I wouldn't be purchasing anything without knowing the full return policy and cost. Her response was "Whatever." So outrageously unprofessional. She then proceeded to send me "666." Obviously this person is an absolute psycho. Such a deplorable way to treat a potential customer. DON'T EVER order from this joke of a "company." And if someone named "Danica" is your Chat agent, don't even bother talking to her. She's insane. They are in China and there is no phone number to call. You will be stuck with whatever they send you, if they even send anything at all, or they'll likely try to charge you some expensive return fees. Don't trust them. I will NEVER order anything from China or anything that is made in China.

HORRIBLE BUSINESS, JEOPARDIZED MY RESTAURANT

I found a beautiful chandelier on beautiful halo for my bar business. This chandelier is a feature piece in the main room of my business. The chandelier arrived 1 month after ordering in a box that was absolutely destroyed during shipping. The box was thin, and the way the light was packaged loosely with heavy parts on top of thin glass parts, of course going to break to pieces! I didn't have time to wait! My bar was scheduled to open! I was panicked when I reached out to customer service. They required photos not only of the broken parts, but all parts together, as well as the packaging. I sent all they required to fix the issue and told them to expedite shipping. I told them I'd pay whatever it costs but that I don't have time to wait.

They shipped replacement parts over a month ago and I'm still waiting. I spent over 1,000 dollars on the light. They won't accept a return. I don't have a chandelier for my bar. It's an absolute mess. Customer service just makes excuses and says to wait. This is the worst company ever.

Don't trust them. Don't buy from them.

Return policy

Be careful what you order. Return policy is awful. How do you have an online business that does not take returns. Nothing wrong with the product. I just can not use it where intended. They advised they do not take returns... lighting.

STAY AWAY FROM BEAUTIFUL HALO

They do not honor their return policy even if they sell you clothing with the stitching falling out. I attached a photo of just one example out of many. They told me to keep the shirt and take it to a local tailor. They then offered me a 20% discount to keep the shirt. When I asked for a 50% refund they stopped responding. I am not sure what is going on now. Totally fraud rip off of a company. Stay away from them.

Terrible

If i could award negative stars i would - i am near £1000 out of pocket. Ordered 3 identical lights across 2 separate orders. The 2nd order charged £65 more per light as well! The lights have since been reduced back to their original price. Scandalous. All lights are different with bits missing & packaging was so poor that many of the lamps were damaged - poor show. BH now being slow in resolving the problem - STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

WARNING FLAGGED BY BBB - 0 stars

I should have read the reviews. On 7/1 I ordered a feather chandelier. On 7/23 I still had not received it, so I contacted the Beautifulhalo. On 8/21 I received a plastic leaf item from Beautifulhalo that was not what I ordered. The wrong item shipped was not even delivered as a whole product as it was missing bulbs and screws from the fixture. Whoever it was intended for would have received an incomplete order. I immediately contacted them with pictures that clearly showed the items received were not the item depicted on the site. I requested they send the correct item. I didn't hear back and wrote again on 8/29. At that point, they tried to act like I received the correct item. I offered to send the item back for a full refund. I corresponded with them numbers times asking they proceed with integrity by either sending the correct item or refunding me the full amount. Each time they responded by offering me a small percentage refund (10% of the cost of the item) and further tried to intimidate me by suggesting the cost to send it back would be too expensive for me. I should not have to pay to return a the wrong item. I am now taking with Paypal to try to get refunded. I was trying to shop with a smaller, lesser known company. Since Covid, I know the big box stores have done well while the smaller ones have suffered. I was trying to give my business to a smaller company. Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT SHOP at BEAUTIFUL HALO unless you're willing to walk away from the payment. It's cheap garbage from China and not even close to what is advertised. My pictures speak the clear picture I am unable to adequately find words for in this review. Only now have I seen others trying to warn us about this company on social media. I wish I had known.

My son ordered a pair of shorts. Upon arrival he discovered they were not the same as the photo advertised. Thinking the company had made a mistake he ordered them again. Second time same issue. When I requested a return and refund I was refused.

Light fixtures not approved

I purchased two wall scones. They arrived without any ability to mount them to the wall but more importantly they are not approved for use in North America. After numerous discussions with Beautiful Halo, they feel that Chinese certification is enough. These fixtures were $160 each and are just plastic, very, very cheap. They offered to send the missing parts and give me a 10% discount, knowing that it is expensive to send back to China. But that is exactly what I will do. Let them fill there own junk yards.

Pkg arrived w/ pkg torn twisted, re-taped. Product, a vest, was twisted with a tear in the back, looking like a rag. They are refusing to give me a refund. How can they get away with this type of rip-off?
Is there no protection for the consumer?

Despite Bad Reviews, Great Experience!

We took a chance buying a light fixture and have not been disappointed!
It took a while to arrive, but we understood that going in. We absolutely LOVE our light fixture and our electricians were impressed too. If we had bought from a lighting store here, it would have cost well over $1,000. We are very happy with our purchase.

This company is a total SCAM! I spent $1200 on their website and I never received anything! Their Customer Service is beyond horrible! The company is located in China and there is no one to complain to. Once you pay you are HELPLESS! If you have any issues with the order they will not help you. They are not even registered with the US Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I would give them no stars if the site would let me. I ordered a fixture from them for a remodel... due to COVID, we had major construction delays, and the electrician was only able to install it this week. It is faulty. Moreover, the price for the same fixture is now more than 120% less than 2 years later. The fixture was installed this week and is faulty... the entire bottom half will not light up and because the wiring is internal it cannot be replaced. I offered to buy another fixture at the same price I paid, but was denied. Run, Run, Run, and keep on Running from this company. They are a fraud.

They are the worst

I ordered an 'antler' chandelier from them. It arrived with 4 broken limbs. It appeared to have been packaged by a child. My first attempt to reach them resulted in no response so I filed a dispute with AMEX. It was at this point that I saw their 900 terrible reviews. The dispute was resolved in my favor (at least so far). After filing the dispute, they responded to a second email. They told me that they would replace the 4 broken pieces IF AND ONLY IF I ended the dispute. Based on their reviews, this seemed like a bad idea. I just wanted a decent product but it seems that providing quality is not a priority (or even an option) with this company. They seem pretty 'scam-ish' to me. Don't use them.
