December 12,2022 - 24 items were stolen from my order. BaubleBar will not reply to requests for assistance with the theft of ALL my Christmas gifts by handlers. I would never buy from BaubleBar again. Poor Customer Service related to packing, shipping, theft, nor taking responsibility to investigate my case.
Notified customer service that I could no longer track the items I ordered. She verified my address and asked me to wait a few more days.
I waited 3 days and contacted her again. (My order was placed and my bank account was debited on December 2,2022. Today is December 15,2022 and the 9th business day since my order was placed. Shipping was supposed to be 5-8 business days.) Told her the 2 items ordered were a gift, and I've had to go ahead and mail my daughter's Christmas box without them. I requested a refund.
Latakia responded with a "friendly reminder" that the items I ordered couldn't be returned. How the f*** is it a return if the items were never received?
Taking people's money for goods or services and not supply the goods or services is called stealing. Theft is still illegal in the USA.

I ordered a package from Bauble Bar and it was completely empty! The box had no signs of being tampered with at all. I emailed two times over the span of 4 days and finally received a reply. The lady told me she was sorry and would help ASAP she just needed pictures of the package. I sent her a reply with the pictures immediately and got no response. I waited a few days because I am sure they are busy during the holidays. I emailed again three days later to see if she had received my email and pics, NO RESPONSE. I have since sent 3 more emails trying to get a response, but no help. I have given multiple days between emails to see if they need time to process. I AM OVER IT. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER. For real, this is the worst costumer service I have ever dealed with. Christmas is around the corner and I was planning on giving this bracelet to my sister who asked specifically for this bracelet. Please do not give this "company" busy they suck and are a scam.
Buyers beware, if your order gets lost in transit, they may not replace it. To quote them "typically their hands are tied once a package ships". If they do be prepared to send them an alternative address & then to passively get blamed for slowing down the process by responding on the same thread! This was my 2nd & last order purely because of their horrible customer service.
I ordered a child's bracelet for my daughter, so it is too small. My fault. It was personalized. I asked to have the bracelet restrung for a bigger size and I would be willing to pay the difference. They said they normally would do this but they are too busy to accomodate me at this time. Very disappointed, will not be using them again.
I ordered custom bracelets on October 20th. After weeks of seeing that my order hadn't shipped, I reached out to the team to see what was going on with my order. I had to follow up several times before finally receiving word that my bracelets would ship on November 28th and that they had issued a partial refund.
November 28th hit and I still had not received a tracking number because guess what, my bracelets still hadn't shipped. I followed up, after a day I still had no answers. The customer service representative issued a full refund (which I demanded and after me having to follow up for nearly a month, it should've been issued without my request). I have consistently followed up to try to figure out if 1. I will still even receive this order (that I was looking forward to, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them in the first place) and 2. A legitimate confirmation that they were shipping, as in a date and time to except their arrival, with a tracking number.
This company has thousands of orders a day, I'm confused as to why they can't seem to get 2 custom bracelets to a customer. I would NOT recommend ordering anything from this site and if you do make sure you do NOT order anything custom. There is 0% chance you'll receive it and if you do it will be because you've had to harass customer service for a month via email and then leave a lengthy terrible review. I would stay away from ordering anything! 0 stars!
I purchased a ring using a Black Friday 30% off coupon on a sale item that was listed as unreturnable so I knew it was a gamble -- THEN I read all the horrible reviews of the site and was convinced I had made a horrible mistake...!
I was pleasantly surprised though when my order was shipped almost instantly and arrived in TWO days?! [I did not pay for expedited shipping] and the ring fits great and I love it.
Please know that this is a cheaply made item with fake [cubic zirconia] gems and I am not expecting it to last to be handed down as an heirloom to future generations, lol. But it's just the little bit of gaudy bling I was looking for to cheer up the place, and I keep admiring my twinkling finger.
The ring was listed on their site as originally 48 bucks on sale for 18; with the coupon it was 12.60, and my cc had a code for an additional 30% rebate - so in my case it was worth the cost, to me.
I bought 6 different rings, both the round Alice Zirconia ring and the mini Arcadia stacking rings. Every single ring lost the stones within hours of wearing them. Customer service was fantastic and immediately sent out new rings, however this happened even with the replacements. Really pretty, inexpensive rings, however just not worth it.
I decided to try out Baublebar since they have a bunch of cute styles. The quality is quite low for the price, and the sizing is inconsistent. All the rings ordered in my size were too big - I tried ordering a size down, and they were still too big.
Both of these orders were returned, but I did not receive a refund. I sent them an email, but got no response. I ended up disputing the charges on my credit card - hoping those will go through.
They canceled my order due to their own technical error. I am extremely disappointed they offered me 20% off my next order which is not even close to enough. I'm going to Mickey's Christmas and wouldn't get these in time now. They were rude and did nothing to help me with the cancellation and getting me my order. I will never place an order with them again and reading other reviews really solidifies that.
Absolutely awful. Purchased 5 bracelets for myself and friends only to find they tarnish immediately. I went back and read the description and it basically said that you shouldn't wear it….? Like WHAT? Didn't wear it to shower, work out etc. and it was disgusting in 2 wears.
Wrote to customer service and of course I didn't hear a peep. This was almost 6 months ago and I'm still so angry about it.
Is Baublebar even a real company?! You wouldn't think it based on how terrible their costumer service is! Zero communication with their customers. No shipping emails, I have called numerous times and no one has ever answered their phones. Ordered a simple bracelet on July 2nd, it is now august 3rd and I have yet to even receive a shipping email, literally haven't received anything after multiple emails and phone calls I have made to them! At this point I'm going to say this company is a scam and I will never shop there again. DON 'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM!
Earrings came detached from cardboard backing and floating loose in bubble wrap. Neither will latch closed so they are unwearable. Going back on the immediate.
I was so excited to receive my Disney Bag Charm! I received an email from UPS that my item was delivered and never received it, wasn't delivered to any nearby neighbors. After contacting Customer Service I was asked to wait a week to see if it showed up! After waiting the week, still hasn't showed up so I email the rep I was "working" with and no reply, so I send another email to customer service and they said "Oh that item has since sold out" and well give you a refund! I wanted the item not a refund! Will never order from them again EVER!
I received the bubble nameplate what a disappointment so tiny cant even see the name. Dont buy waste not worth the money for a tiny piece of plastic
I reached out to Baublebar when I realized that my order and shipping confirmation didn't list my address. The customer service rep confirmed that there was no address listed on the order although I had, of course, include one when ordering online. I asked if I could get a replacement since the one shipped out would just get returned to them without a delivery address listed. The rep tried to play me by telling me I should reach out to UPS or purchase a new order. I shared a screenshot from the tracking number that showed there was an error prior to it being shipped out and that falls on the company. With that indisputable proof I was ordered a full refund.
I'm super disappointed that Baublebar would try to play me like that since this wasn't my first online order with them but I've learned my lesson. Avoid this company by all means!
I purchased the pink/orange alpha blanket. The true color of the product is neon orange, not a true deep orange shown on the website. When I reached out to the company, they said that there was not a production error and that I could have a discount on my next purchase. I won't be purchasing anything from this company that does not have integrity and stand by their product. I can see why their reviews are now 2.7 out of 5 stars.
Bar on my initial bracelet became tarnished after less than five wears (didn't wear it because of COVID--wasn't going out). BaubleBar's said it had been over six months since the purchase so their offer to me was 20% off next purchase. How am I supposed to complain about something I haven't worn? Terrible customer service.
I got a pair of earrings 2-3 uses and the earrings are tarnishing. They were 18k gold paid close to $100. Poor quality.
I received a custom gold bracelet and when I looked at it closely i could see the gold scuffed off. Disappointed.
Don't order anything from this store. The descriptions don't match the product. They are selling these rings for $44 dollars. I bought them on Black Friday for $12. They are plastic! Total crap.
Answer: Not sure about the above replies but I had amazing customer service with Andrea and email was replied to on the day I wrote it.
