Extremely disappointed. Ordered a chain and 2 charms (no custom names!). They arrived 5 weeks later and looked not as pictured. I contacted customer service and was told that I could not get a refund because the order was "custom." WHAT? I just selected charms from the website. Nothing was made custom for me. The chain is so thin that I don't understand how they can lie like this.
The company kept canceling my order that I placed for my bridesmaids and would not assist even though they were the issue. There is no number to contact and every email I sent was met with a generic automated response that would never actually help address the issue. After several attempts to reach them, they never responded.
The best customer service and experience I've ever had! Tiffany handled my issue quick and seamlessly! Great customer service is rare and greatly appreciated as a consumer!

Contacted customer service and they were willing to credit me $21 and not of true value
They are unprofessional and their products are made with cheap metals
They recently released their St. Patrick's Day collection and several of their pieces quickly sold out. I reached out to them back in February to ask if they plan on restocking as it was clear I was not the only person interested in purchasing these sold out pieces and they were very insincere when it came to responding. They also stopped responding to me after I suggested they do a limited restock or a pre-order. Why should I support a business that ignores their customers? I am willing to bet money they are going to raise the price tenfold on these same pieces next year given the demand but do nothing about the limited supply. They are definitely in it for the money and not about the customers as a whole. Poor excuse of a company if you ask me. Explains why you can't leave reviews on their products.
Received a Baubelbar bracelet for Christmas. Took longer than expected to be delivered. After wearing the bracelet for 2 weeks the gold plating over brass beads has completely worn off. Not worth the money.

I would give this company a 0/5 if I could, 1/5 is too nice. I got my girlfriend a necklace for our 1 year anniversary, she loved it. The necklace clamp broke when she adjusted it around her neck, the necklace didn't even last 4 days. I spent nearly $100 including shipping for this product, I regret it. Jewelry shouldn't break so easily and the pieces shouldn't be so thin that a damn little pull could break it. I should've trusted my gut and bought jewelry from trustworthy brands NOT this company. This company doesn't even show reviews of their products on their website which should've been a red flag. I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.
I've ordered many pieces from here and spent over $100 on their custom name necklaces. I kept my pieces in jewelry boxes and never wore in water and they've tarnished. I reached out to customer service and they said they can give me a discount to buy another one. That will never happen. Never buying from here again. There are better retailers that have 2 year warranty and guarantee no tarnishing. Do not buy from here!
Received bracelet today. A miniature of that shown in advertisement. Looks like a trinket bought at dollar store. Would be ashamed to give as a gift. Would never order from site again.
I got 3 charm necklaces for Christmas gifts and they did not arrive in boxes. I asked for boxes they told me "Our items do not come packaged in boxes. We do have boxes/pouches available on our site for purchase" when I tried to order them shipping was more expensive that the actual cost of the boxes … very disappointing
I recently made a purchase but accidentally shipped to wrong address. The person in customer service corrected it immediately and now the item is on its way to me! Thanks to Malachi in thier customer service dpt. :)
I ordered 3 custom "multicolor" Pisa bracelets as Christmas gifts. Two of the 3 are super cute. The one for Lilly has only green and yellow beads--so much for "multi colored". Very disappointed that Bauble Bar will not do anything to rectify this. So sad--who wants a multi colored bracelet with only 2 colors?! Photos include what I received and the example on their website--very different. Probably won't order from them again.
I ordered a customized bracelet intended to be a Christmas gift. I ordered weeks before the their stated date cutoff for Christmas delivery. It took the company weeks to ship the bracelet. By the time it got delivered, it was a week before Christmas and the bracelet customization was wrong. They are going to send a replacement with the correct customization, however, there is zero urgency and it will not be here until AFTER Christmas. I would have expected priority production and priority shipping, given the company's mistake. I will never order a customized item as a gift again.
I ordered a necklace November 4th for Christmas and its now December 18th and no item. I've been emailing since November for updates. Disgraceful, impossible to communicate with company!
I placed my order the beginning of september and it is almost the of december and i still have yet to receive a shipping email like they have said. I have emailed back and fourth with the company since ive ordered and they act like they are going to help, and dont. Horrible experience all around. Would never order again.
Bought something that said no cancellations but used the wrong credit card and wrong address and they allowed me to cancel it because I got said it right away. Great customer service and such fast support!
I was won over by their constant social media ads and placed an order on Black Friday. Every item I ordered was 50% off and final sale. The final sale is there because the quality is just not there. I ordered 2 Kayden bracelets which have the toggle tie closure. When expanded fully they did not fit over my hand. I tried it on multiple people and it fit on only one person- my 9 year old. On top of the improper sizing, it looked cheap. I could find better quality on wish.com. Final sale of course. I emailed them about the bracelets and they said final sale. Buy your bracelets at pura vida - much better quality and the adjustable toggle actually works, what a novel idea! I also ordered an earring set that had the full price of $98 - "18k gold" with coupons I got this "down" to $68 and for 3 pairs of earrings and a cuff, I thought this was ok. Same thing as the bracelets - they look like painted metal but when on they did look nice. The full price is joke for these though. Bottom line a do not purchase online. If you see something in Target then go for it. The final sale is there for a reason- the quality is not there. Gifts for teenagers who are not paying and dont care. Spend your money elsewhere.
Just got mine in the mail and the lines on it are awful. You can see every melt point. So disappointed in the quality. And the packaging was a let down too. No wrapping. Just a plastic bag floating around in the box.
This company is awesome! Their products are beautiful and well worth the money. Their customer service is exemplary! Tiffany rocks! I'll be shopping with them for a long time to come!
Answer: Not sure about the above replies but I had amazing customer service with Andrea and email was replied to on the day I wrote it.
