I contacted them through email and had a non-automated response within 6 hours. They asked for some info which I wasn't able to send until the next day. Again, within 6 hours I had a response. After submitting the info they requested the next day, Iagain had a quick response. I've had 4-5 emails back and forth -1st asking to wait 24-48 hours (which I had) - expected response - as well with them asking to confirm my shipping address, expected Not excessive and definitely not non-existent. I communicate with 4 different people - Brittney, Chani, Andrea, and Kara. All very professional and considerate. 6 hour response time is impressive - I would be happy with 24 hours or so.

Not sure about the above replies but I had amazing customer service with Andrea and email was replied to on the day I wrote it.

Almost impossible. The only way is email and they don't always respond. Also you can't reply to the person who sent the email - just a general email team.

Customer service is non existent! There is no customer service number, you have to email and they don't respond
