I had a concern with a piece of jewelry and sent an email to bauble bars team not expecting a response but within the first 10 minutes Abby from the customer care team responded and was very helpful. I will continue to buy from this company
I bough a pricey customized bracelet and waited a long time for it. I loved the way it looked but it's impossible to get on by myself. It tarnished quickly from simple day to day wear, then broke after a few weeks. I wish I could get my money back.
However, I have a different type of bracelet that's slip-on and beaded and it's held up.
Bauble Bar has the best customer service I've ever experienced before. I had an issue with a purchase and they fixed it in about 5 minutes including a new order for no charge. I'll be happy to purchase from them again!

I'm a big Seahawks fan and I really wanted some blingy Seahawk earrings. Hard to find pretty NFL stuff for girls.
Then I found Baublebar and a good selection of NFL jewellery for women.
I placed an order and within a week it arrived. It was the wrong order.
I emailed them with a pic of what I received. It took a couple of days to get a response.
They apologized for the error and told me I could keep the earrings they sent.
They shipped the correct order, it arrived within a week.
The earrings are exactly as pictured.
I love them!
Mistakes happen and Baublebar dealt with it easily. I didn't have to do anything.

I ordered 3 bracelets shipping was not as expressed and the bracelet that was a gift was made wrong! It was supposed to say "Jesus" but it said "jusus" now I'm waiting for a reply let's see how long that takes and also have to return so I won't get a replacement fir who knows how long.
I ordered a bracelet last year. Took forever but I expected that. I felt something was wrong with the bracelet and emailed. No help. Contacted through Instagram and they said to email. The emails never go through! Here a year later and can't wear the bracelet still. Cute bracelet but flimsy and keeps sliding and falling off. Would nor order from here.
I ordered my customized bracelet on March 21,2023. It said the expected delivery was April 29th. The shipment tracker says that it in still in transit but in my town. I checked the post office and my mail box throughout the day and nothing. I've reached out over email, on instagram and tiktok. I was hesitant because of the reviews I've seen and now I wish I wouldn't have ordered. It wouldn't be as aggravating if someone from Baublebar customer service would just answer my messages. I paid and did my part- now they need to do theirs.
Be careful when placing orders online, especially with this company. I wanted to love baublebar because their jewelry is so precious, but I shouldn't have to fight as hard to get what I already paid for.
I ordered a personalized bracelet for my daughter, who is tiny framed, and the bracelet shows up set for a little girl, not a teenager. I contacted rate turns and they told me because it was a custom bracelet. There's nothing they can do about it. They also mention it's gold however, it looks super cheap, and it's stamped 925 on the clasp.

I reached out to Customer Service and Andie response since it's custom it cannot be returned, regardless of the fraudulent advertising that it's 18 karat gold and its measurements are smaller than their view fit guide if you luck. I have a hard time swallowing the fact that I paid $102.40 for a bracelet that's made for a baby not a teenager and it's not even 18 karat gold. You could find something like this in a flea market.
Had 5 bracelets in my cart on the promise of 20% off with STACK20 promo code offer. However, upon entering the code, they informed me that what I was purchasing wasn't in the promotion…lt clearly stated the items were! Not nice! I also went to the customer help button….it literally went nowhere…lol
Ordered item to wear this weekend. Received wrong item. Unable to reach live customer service representative. Phone number is not working.

The title says enough. Ordered a custom blanket on 11/24/2022 with expected delivery after 12/23. They weren't kidding. Customer service is nonexistent and after I filed a compliant with the BBB it miraculously shipped with e delivery date of 1/25/2023. That day came and went and tracking shows me it's still in NJ. Will never, ever order from baublebar again. Can't imagine the quality of this blanket will be any good either once I finally receive it but we'll see.
My husband ordered me a bracelet I saw and thought was cute. (I never checked reviews and it looks like we're lucky we even received it!) it was the Kayden bracelet for $58. It's lovely in the picture but teeny tiny (thickness of a toothpick) in person and the texture and weight seem to be painted plastic NOT metal at all. Extremely disappointed but not going to return because reviews indicate problems. I'd steer clear as the images are deceptive and quality extremely cheap!
Terrible customer service! I placed an order and it took three weeks to receive a partial order! Did not receive updates or tracking information! They ended up cancelling a portion of my order only after I asked for a refund! Do NOT listen to online influencers!
Buyer beware! I spent over $400 on Christmas gifts that I ordered on November 23. It is January 5 and I have yet to receive the items that I ordered, or a response to the 3 emails I've sent as well as multiple Instagram messages. Also of note, there is no phone # (sketchy). Stay away!
This online store I do NOT recommend. Ive been waiting 6 weeks for my case to come in and my mom has emailed them about 5 times with only 1 response to her email. I haven't had this much difficulty with any online store as this one. Don't waste your money buying anything on this website.

This company is probably the worst store online or otherwise that I've purchased from! Ordered a blanket for a Christmas gift, paid extra for guaranteed delivery by the 23rd. Didn't come, no correspondence from them. You can't call them so I emailed and no response, it's been a week. They took their money the day the order was placed, $109! My only option is to dispute the charge with my bank. Do not order anything from them! Absolute scam!
Spent over $200 on an order over a month ago, was charged immediately, and haven't heard anything since. No order updates or shipping notifications and multiple attempts to reach their customer service through their website, email and IG page have all gone unanswered. If you read the hundreds of comments on their social posts, you'll see this is happening to all of their customers. No one is receiving their orders and no one can get ahold of an actual person to help resolve the issue. Most likely just going to dispute the charge with my credit card company as fraud as I don't know how else to rectify the issue. It's not looking like I will ever receive my order.
Purchased a personalized blanket 1 month ago. Still no update or tracking info on purchase. There is so much marketing on social media and influencers pushing this product but for regular people like me, we get no updates and no information on orders we actually paid for. The money has been posted already to my bank even before the item is shipped. Do not trust this company!
11/28 I ordered an item a family member specifically requested for Xmas. 4 e-mails l later and no meaningful response. 11/20 Bauble Bar canceled the order! 5 days before Xmas! Pay Pal notified me of the cancelation. I can hardly walk, so finding a substitute is a hardship.
Answer: Not sure about the above replies but I had amazing customer service with Andrea and email was replied to on the day I wrote it.
