I will never deal with this company again. I placed an order of Aug 30 and after MANY conflicting emails (I counted 30!), I received the item on September 15. AFTER receiving the item, I continued to receive emails informing me of problems with my order! This caused so much unnecessary stress for me, as I was buying the item for a group I belong to. A refund of my money is being requested.

Table throws not received for event. We paid for priority overnight shipping for an order that had other items. We received the step and repeat display and hardware on 8/28/25 as ordered but did not receive the table covers and throw. After numerrous calls and inquiries, we got no response. The customer service group requested that we take pictures of the shipping package, which we did. After follow-up, we discovered that the table cover and throws had not been produced. The customer service department deceived us and indicated that the items had been shipped. Even after confirming that the items had not been produced, they still did not produce the order. We receive our order on 9/5/25 and the items were soiled. I requested a call from management and to-date, have had no respose,

Was told the banner size I ordered was out of stock days after the order was placed, then my order shipped via Ground after I had checked and paid for Priority overnight. I called in to CS after I received a tracking # and saw the error and was told to "wait a day" to see if shipping status updated. The order was supposed to arrive on Wednesday morning and didnt arrive until the following Sunday. I was only refunded the shipping costs after reaching out to CS three times.

The canopy top that we received did not match in color to the proof that we approved. Multiple email correspondence with BannerBuzz Sales and Customer Service Representatives have yielded NO results. This has now been going on for 12 days. We are willing to return the canopy with a provided label and a full refund but company is taking NO RESPONSIBILITY when we provide proof.

As a school, we make tax exempt purchases almost daily. It had never taken me this long to get the tax exemption approved. Also, the item we received much smaller than what was described. They would not not give me a full refund, only a partial refund.

I was excited to work with Banner Buzz, and I chose them for two reasons: price and ease of use. I watched the video of the setup several times before actually purchasing, and it seemed fairly easy for a tradeshow booth. The problems started when we submitted pictures to use for the booth, as we were told several times that they were low resolution but never actually told how to fix it. We had a professional photographer take the pictures and he made sure the dpi was high so we wouldn't run into this. There were several back-and-forth conversations in which we were told how to fix it, only to be told that fix wasn't actually the right one: 1. I first explained we had a professional photographer take these and they were 300 dpi. One of the designers told me it needed to be 600 dpi for a booth of this size, so our photographer gave us 600 dpi. A few days later, we were told that didn't work and the problems had nothing to do with dpi. 2. Another designer then asked us for raw photos, and during this call, I even had the photographer talking to the designer. We confirmed twice that only the raw photos were needed, and the designer confirmed. I sent them and was again told this wouldn't work because the resolution was too low. 3. After this, I asked to speak to a manager who told me the pictures needed to be resized to *******x9600. I did this and it worked. So why weren't we given this information to begin with? We are currently at the tradeshow, and I shared my experience with another exhibitor, who told me they always submit high dpi pictures and the designer they use resizes for them. Because we spent over $500, the design help was supposed to be free, but we did not receive any actual help other than various incorrect things to try. Even after all of this, I was glad to have approved pictures, and the booth arrived in time for the trade show we are currently attending. However, we just spent 5 hours putting it together, and it is not correct. One of the brace sticks is broken, and the fabric is not big enough on some of the panels, so there are huge gaps. There were three of us putting this together for those five hours, and our fingers ache so badly, we had to stop. Oh, and there are no directions. None. When I asked for directions, I was routed back to the same video I had watched before I bought the booth. Unfortunately, this video does not explain what pieces go where or how to connect anything. We were eventually given some written directions, but again, they were very general and did not provide any helpful information about how to actually put the booth together. The one positive I have it the company's responsiveness. When the pictures didn't work, they were quick to let us know. I just wish they had been more upfront about how to fix the issues and provided more specific details about putting the booth together.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
