Your order process and submitting art process isn't very good. Too confusing. The large banner was approved, but shows up again a day later on another banner that was ordered. It was already approved, it should not have to be approved again.

PAid $100 extra to have flags arrive two days before event and dint receive them until 3 days after event baring them useless. When asked for a refund and was denied even though product was promised by a date.

I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent order, as the experience fell short of expectations: 1. The product arrived more than a week late, despite my having paid for expedited shipping.
2. The item I ordered was specified as black, but what I received was dark blue. When I raised these concerns, I was told the proof showed black, but that the color "changes when applied to fabric." I was further told that it is "technically a shade of black," which did not resolve the issue. Unfortunately, this left me feeling dismissed rather than supported. While I understand production variances can occur, the way concerns are addressed makes a big difference in customer trust and satisfaction. I hope you'll consider this feedback seriously and review both your color proofing process and how customer concerns are handled. This was our first experience ordering a banner and BannerBuzz overperformed on this and got it to us earlier than expected. We had an event on Friday and it drew 10x the normal croud to our booth. Proofs were provided quickly and updates provided on each step.

The invoice for the poles was created via phonecall. It was placed online. They should have arrived with a healthy buffer ahead of a major event. After payment cleared, I was contacted to be notified that the poles were not even produced yet. I would not have paid the ~$500 shipping cost had I known this. I would not have placed the order at all had I known this.

Ordered a flag on 9/3, told it would arrive on 9/9 with priority shipping. I still have yet to receive it on 9/22! Terrible service, fighting to get refund and would absolutely not recommend this company!

The experience overall was horrendous - associates from BannerBuzz were not helpful at all, yet they seemed to be extremely confused about what I was asking them and gave me attitude in return. None of my packages came at the same time. I was most disappointed in the step and repeat banners, they came 5 days after the deadline yet so I had no use for them anymore. Because of this stressful experience, I wouldn't recommend or refer anyone I know to use BannerBuzz.

I placed an order with BannerBuzz weeks prior to the event it was intended for. At checkout, the business lets you know to ensure photo quality because they do not offer a refund. I was aware the quality of my photo wasn't great but chose to make my purchase anyway. The quality of the photo wasn't what was important. It was the photo itself. It was taken at a concert last year and my friend who was killed by a drunk driver was there with us. I ordered a cutout of him because our friends are going to see the same band this weekend and wanted him to be there with us again. The company waited until three days before it was supposed to arrive to email me that they put a hold on my order because of photo quality. I reached out to them immediately and was told in order to get it in time I would need to pay an additional $30 shipping. They were able to lower it to $20 at the end of the call but I already paid a significant price for the item and was not going to pay an additional fee because they waited to reach out to me about it. They did not rectify the situation and a refund has not been processed.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
