Needed this for a poster for my son's student body election at his school. Paid extra to have this get to us in two business days and it arrived too late. Tried to change the shipping method to even faster overnight, but was told it was too late that I could not make the change even though the item had not physically shipped yet, but had just been printed. I was able to get the same product from the UPS store overnight and that fixed the problem.
Item was purchased 1.5 months before our event. There was a Banner Buzz system issue with commenting/approving order. Direct emails to customer service resulted in error message: "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now." Chat support ensured that I would receive my item on time, but that was untrue. Customer service was unwilling or not empowered to resolve the issue. They refused to upgrade my delivery method since I was already using a coupon code and received a discount (not sure why that matters).

I would NOT recommend Bannerbuzz. I paid extra for priority delivery, which stated a clear delivery date. However, when I had to chase them for the artwork and design that I had already paid for, they told me there would be a three day delay. I then asked to change the delivery address to the conference venue. They confirmed this was possible, so I sent the new address (changed from Hertfordshire to Edinburgh). Only then did they tell me there would be an additional delivery charge and that the change would add yet another day to the delivery time. The communication has been terrible throughout. Customer service has been unhelpful and inconsistent, and as yet I have still not received my order. I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor service.

I paid extra for the fastest shipping. Somewhere along the way, my shipment got stuck in some FedEx facility. I contacted Banner Buzz as soon as the shipment was late and was advised I needed to wait another day. Like, what? I paid extra for it to arrive by a certain date. When it still didn't arrive the next day, I was told then they would check on it. Continuing to "check on it" ended up being over a week late in receiving my product. I will say Customer Service did responded timely. And in the end they did refund my shipping cost. However, every time I emailed, I was advised I should use the online chat for better service. And then when I used the online chat, all I got was the same message from the emails that I needed to wait longer. Very frustrating! The shipping issue alone probably means I would not use this company again. Not that it getting stuck was their issue, but not expediting and figuring it out sooner was.

I had ordered a canopy tent, and wanted to change the design after I already sent the order in. They let me re-upload a new image with no issues and the canopy came in with the new design looking beaitiful

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the unacceptable service I have received from BannerBuzz. I was promised a tracking number for my order, but after calling to follow up, I learned the order hadn't even been processed from over ten days ago. When I requested to have the damaged part shipped overnight because the error was on BannerBuzz's part, I was told no other options were available and that this cannot be down. Now, I'm facing a seven-day delay on top of the original wait time PLUS another 24 to 36 hours for processing. This is, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a printing company. The lack of accountability and the complete failure in your service is unacceptable.

The ordering process was easy as can be. I paid priority shipping to have my item delivered on a Tuesday. A week past my priority delivery and event the banner was needed for I still had not received my banner as promised. When reaching out to customer service they were very difficult to deal with and they said they could only offer a minimal refund. I will not order from this business again. My order finally arrived after being almost two weeks past their promised date.

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
