My experience with Bannerbuzz was awesome! They were very professional, courteous and helpful.
Crisp, clear fonts and picture. True to color. I ordered double sided but what I didn't know, and was pleasantly surprised to find, is that it's a double layer of fabric. Very nice and durable. Not sure I completely understand the support stand because the banner is not standing straight, but I'll work with it until figured out.
So far, so good... We'll wait and see the final product.

Dont like the non-ability to choose more types of fonts or colors. The website was a tad confusing for non-experts like me in the field of signage. Putting examples of the different types of signage would help, a well as more varied types of fonts. I got a proof, which I dont remember asking for, and was super confused asa to what I wasa supposed to do.

Thought the fiberglass poles came with the flag, seems it's a $99.00 item for the poles. Plus bases, and anything else they can think of. Bought replacement poles at WalMart. They work fine.

However, we have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible. Each component on this product can be selected independently. Often customers want to buy only the graphic or only the hardware as a replacement for a previous purchase. The page prominently displays the option to "Add Pole" which regrettably was not selected on your order.
To further ensure that you are making an informed choice, if the pole option is not selected the page alerts you with a pop up warning that reads "Seems you have missed adding Essential Hardware!" and you can only continue by clicking on "No, Thank You".

Per our records, the original artwork you uploaded was a low resolution photograph of a bike with a print of your logo hanging inconspicuously in the background. There was no note asking for your artwork to be comprised of two parts - a logo on one side and a bike on the other side - until several proofs later.
From the onset, our design team conveyed that each file you provided was low in resolution and would look blurry when printed. When graphics are low quality we can try to recreate the artwork. Unfortunately, there is little that can be done to sharpen low quality photographs. With regard to the 'crooked' logo, the last file you sent us has the logo slanted. This was also shown in the proof which was approved.
We apologize if our support did not meet your expectations. Though we make great efforts to deliver high quality products and superior customer service, we understand that there is room for improvement. Your feedback is important to us and we have shared your comments with the team. If you face any such issues in the future, please do not hesitate to request a call back from a supervisor.
With regard to the material, unfortunately 'quality' is a vague term that cannot be measured. Hence we have worked hard to make the order process transparent and to achieve this have diligently listed the material specifications on the product page. In addition, we note that you have previously purchased the same product.
The delivery date on this order is 17 May and we see on the FedEx tracking page that it was delivered on 10 May - a week earlier than promised.

It was very easy to upload my own photos and design the cards exactly as I wanted them. The only issue I had with with the proofing process. The first proof sent to me the words had $#*!ted away from the edge, so I asked that it be corrected. On the second one they basically moved them back to where they had them the first time, but not to where I had originally placed them. At that point I just wanted the cards and it was good enough so I approved them. Overall I'm happy with them and it was definitely worth it for the price. They look great! So happy to have them!

We have loaded over 45 of the most commont font styles. If there is a particular font you'd like you can mention it in the notes section and ask for proof using that font. If it's a common font available in the public domain, we'll be happy to redo the artwork using that font. Alternately, you can design your artwork on external design software using any font, and use the UPLOAD ARTWORK button on the starting page instead of going down the DESIGN ONLINE path. Keep in mind that with Lettering, there are size and shape requirements that need to be met for us to be able to individually cut each letter.
As mentioned on our website, even when proof is not requested we may send you one if the artwork is low in resolution or if we have had to make adjustments to your artwork due to aforementioned reasons. The email notification contains a direct link to the proof review page, which allows you to either accept the proof or request changes.
