Designing was fairly easy. I was creating our new design via mobile which can lead to some difficulties vs using a tablet/computer. Overall it was easily manoeuvred and hassle free.

Your website is difficult and the customer care team is very hard to communicate with. I want to use the same template for my labels as I used for my cards I've talked to multiple people about it we get to the same point where they think I want my business card turned into a sticker nooooo I want a product label with the same template but a different set up and that's where I loose them every single time it's like they can't think past their talking points. I would love for someone to call me and I've requested a call to no avail so even though I really love my cards my overall experience has been frustrating.

That was very easy to design the beautiful step-and-repeat for my daughter's elementary school 6th-Grade Promotional ceremony. When I needed help with my order, customer service helped me immediately and provided me with a better discount than the one I had submitted. Great experience overall! My only wish was that the top pole had more support in the middle so that the step & repeat didn't slightly bow, but it still looked amazing and the printed fabric was of excellent quality. Everyone was super impressed during the graduation ceremony. The school will be able to use it for years to come!
