Simple and fast. Also the popup backdrop product was hard to find and your product was spot on what i was looking for.

The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. We are a federally funded non-profit that is not able to pay tax. Even after sending our tax exempt form dozens of times, and spending HOURS on the phone with them, they kept saying 24 hrs, 24 more hrs, 48 more hrs to update our account to reflect non-profit status so we can make our purchase sans tax. It has been endless e-mails and calls back in forth saying they don't have what they need, despite having a state issued certificate with our account number, expiration date, organization name, and address. I am pulling my hair out, I can't imagine they've never worked with non-profits before. Horrible, heartless, confusing customer service, I will NEVER recommend this company unless you want to waste your time, energy, and get on the verge of tears.

Simple upload and purchase process. Apparent language difference with customer service created a bit more back and forth than ideal when proofing the design, but the flag received looked great.

So far ok. A little challenging with size of letters. I wish the design consultants would have helped with that.

This was a very easy site to search for, develop on and complete the process using the words we desired to be on the banner. It had what we needed for the price we wanted.

Placing order was quick and easy. My first order arrived in just a day second order was a large banner shipped from India. Customs held it for one day but it still arrived quick.

It was easy to use the custom flag template... and we received the flags on time!

My order include a custom art and logo that I personally chose from the website. I received the product a couple of days after the stated date of arrival, but no matter. It was worth the wait and the price was exceptional due to the quality and quantity of my business cards.

The BannerBuzz website is easy and fun to use. The design program is very intuitive.

The flag is great but apparently I wasn't aware that I needed to state somewhere I wanted the pole casing the same color as the Flag. So I have a white pole casing on a Black flag.
