One of the worst customer service departments I have ever dealt with. They have no interest in helping you and only get you to jump through hoops about issues hoping you will give up and go away. We received a damaged item and sent multiple photos until the CS Rep Marshal finally said "consider this case as closed for our side". Thanks a lot.

We are sorry for any difficulties you faced while designing your artwork. Since our design tool is built specifically to create a design, a fully blank canvas cannot be saved. Thus, you had to add a black border to the canvas to proceed.
However, we also offer complimentary pre-press services so you can freely request modifications to your design via the notes section - just as you did on your order!

Frustrated. 1. Showed shipping cost early with no way of knowing that I could change it later. Tried to do a 2 logo step and repeat and could not figure it out. Did not see a option to fade the background from dark blue on top to light blue on bottom. Also after working on it for 3 hours remembered I would like the step and repeat with one of the logod large in the center or up about 2/4 of the way. Help was not much help

We offer several turnaround options - Super Saver, Standard Ground, Express, Priority, and in some cases Overnight. The price you see on the product page does not include shipping. The delivery date and cost associated with each shipping option are displayed on the Shopping Cart page and once again during checkout so you can make an informed choice. Note that Super Saver shipping is free on orders over $99. The default selection is Priority since that is the most commonly selected method (above 35% of our orders are Priority) however the same page allows you to change the method.
Our design tool is primarily used for simple artwork or products. The product you have ordered is a Step and Repeat which has a repeating pattern of your logo(s). Understandably, designing such artwork online can be overwhelming. Thus, the product page allows you to select one of several patterns OR select the LET US DESIGN option. You can simply select the latter and upload your logo(s) with your notes. Our team builds your design according to your instructions and shares a preview for approval before your order goes to print. Reviewing the conversation you had with our chat support team we find that the associate offered the same resolution which is correct guidance.

I had a great experience with BannerBuzz. I had uploaded my design but my image was not large enough and they told me the end product would not look good (pixelated). They helped get the design corrected and got the products shipped to me quickly. I love the quality of the banner and table covering! He reviewed the previous order, found the existing logo, sent it to printing and had a confirmation within a short time frame.
Ordering was easy but what I ordered was a sticker to make a glass one way at a restaurant so I could see what was going on in the dining area but they could not see what I was doing in the kitchen... You can see both ways as if nothing is on the glass at all. Not happy and completely unsatisfied
I provided my feedback. I love the design tool, but to place an order from my designs was impossible. It baffled Customer Service also.
Although I paid for expedited shipping, the order arrived late and almost did not arrive in time for my event. It did arrive only because I sent numerous emails telling BannerBuzz I did not want the products if they arrived a day later.

We are not seeing any recorded downtime around the time your order was placed. The problem you faced may have been a temporary issue. In such instances, the reason could be one of any number of things. Typically, using a different browser or clearing your browser's cache & cookies resolves the problem. Rebooting the device also helps if it has not been restarted in a while. ​ As once you created the design the "Add to cart" option is there to order the same. ​

Easier to use than Vista Print - yes. I had a bit of difficulty executing my design but was contacted by company because I didn't complete my print review. They were able to assist me and I approved the design. Shipping was not as good as Vista print as I had to sign for design and just happened to be home on third attempt of delivery. I had no idea that previous delivery attempts were being made due to having to sign for shipment. I didn't like that.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
