Designing and purchasing at Banner Buzz was not only easy but affordable. I looked at Amazon, Vistaprint and Banner Buzz was a lot cheaper with great quality. I was able to design my own banner for half the cost of a pre-made banner. Will use them again if needed.

There's always a chance that what you see on the screen when designing a flag isn't quite what shows up in print. We were delighted with the results - they were precisely what we drew up the BannerBuzz website. We were careful to upload drawing with sufficient resolution and to give margin near the edges of the flag and it came out really well. Thanks BB! -Marc

One of the worst customer service departments I have ever dealt with. They have no interest in helping you and only get you to jump through hoops about issues hoping you will give up and go away. We received a damaged item and sent multiple photos until the CS Rep Marshal finally said "consider this case as closed for our side". Thanks a lot.
