I called twice and had the most professional and pleasant experience - my first encounter was with Brian Antony.
He was so patient and polite with me- I was definitely calling back and placing my order once I knew the design.

The website was easy to use, the product arrived quickly and was exactly as I envisioned it.

Very easy to design the only thing that would be helpful is a 3D design after you design it so you can see how the table cloth will hang with the design on it and change a design pattern back to a solid was not able to do. Had to start over.

Your design your own flag feature needs a lot of work. Your guy was able to walk me through it, and I appreciated his patience when his suggestions didn't work and I was getting so frustrated.
I didn't realize that BannerBuzz is an offshore company, or seems to be. The Indian accent of your tech guy doesn't mean he is in India, but the flag was mailed from India. The flag turned out better than I anticipated

The website malfunctioned terrible during the ordering process. Our first two attempts with customer service agents were also terrible. Finally we were able to obtain help to circumvent the website issue via the chat feature. That staff member was incredible. The product, itself, is lovely, good quality, arrived quickly, and was an excellent price.
Smooth so far, banner arrived early and print quality is excellent. We will see how the material holds up.
My kitchen cabinets really "pop" with the satin nickel round swirl knobs. A great access to the kitchen. I also replaced the two knobs in the half bathroom because they are so attractive. When I get ready to do another project I will certainly entertain ordering again to compliment other doors in my home. I am completely happy with the items ordered and received in a swift manner.

The original flag I purchased had a light duty zipper that kept popping open, BannerBuzz sent out a replacement with a much more heavy duty zipper that is working great.

Software editing and reordering is horrendous. It's impossible to reorder a design... and customer service/support gives out "standard responses" and keeps repeating them. They must not speak English very well since they just send you the same exact answer every time. Then they tell you to put it in the notes for the design team... who never follow up with the customer!
