Have used your business many times before and plan on continuing to use your business. Quality has always been exceptional, prices are impeccable, and time of arrival is incredible.
So neat. I was very impressed last summer when we ordered flags from you so I am doing it again. This year I went a little more complex on the design and they still did an amazing job.
It was a fast process. First time using this site, looking forward to doing business again.
Your website is terrible and your customer service is even worse. I spent over 2 hours trying to order a simple table runner which your site made it almost impossible to do. Your customer service staff is of no help - our call was disconnected several times, and not once did they even bother to call back.
Also, the order was sent Federal Express and required a signature which was a huge inconvenience. I ended up having to drive to the Federal Express location after hours to pick up the product which was also a big time constraint.
So even though the product, once I finally got it was great, I will probably not order from here again.

However, as per the FedEx tracking site, we tried several attempt to deliver your package at your address but no one was available to receive the package and it got returned to our office.
Further, we apologies for the miscommunication by our support team as your request to reship the package at the new shipping address couldn't be processed but no worries, we have escalated your concern to our team so that they will look into it and turn the experience around to a positive note for you in the best possible manner.
So far so good. It was easy to work and manuever and I love our Feather Banners - I think they came out cool. Can't wait to see in person.

SOFTWARE IS POORLY DESIGNED Too many delays with customer service & design department. Website problems that locked me project.
The table runner was amazing, looked really nice. The business cards however were alright. We didn't design the lettering large enough to be readable and the color was off; but will still use them.
It was easy to set up the specs for my banner. With the ease of the set-up, I will be using BannerBuzz again. However, they didn't explain that I'd put my logo in the wrong place. When I received it, I ended up having to cut it and sew it back together to get the logo where I wanted it.
