Honestly, with the low prices, I thought this site was a scam at first, lol.
My flags are decent quality. The custom designs came out pretty well. However, the fabric of the flag is lower quality than I expected, and the fabric is somewhat see-through.
While placing my order, it would have been nice to be able to preview my purchase after I uploaded my graphic. Also, after adding one item with its graphic to my cart, it was difficult to get back to that product. (I bought the same item multiple times, each with a unique graphic.) So ease of navigation could have been better. Another issues was that I couldn't make my purchase using a MasterCard. I had to use my Discover card instead, and then I had move funds accordingly.
But - all issues considered - I think I will still order from this site in the future. The prices are great, and the flags will work still work wonderfully for our purposes.

They sent me someone else's order, I've now spent 4 days calling, emailing, and chatting with them, or attempting to, and they've yet to offer to find or replace my order. They do not care.

I never write reviews but this has been a nightmare. They never answer their phones. And don't count on the request for a callback. I have sent 5 requests and still nothing. On chat support they say they will have someone from design call, still haven't received a call.
You talk to chat support and they will string the convo along for 37 mins with no solution. All I get is that someone will call and no one ever does.
I have an event next week and don't think I'm going to receive everything in time.

The program was very straight forward and easy to use. There were great discounts offered immediately just hope the product was perfect good coloring high contrast between company's name and background and worth the price. Super satisfied for with your product.

They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
