Just hope you don't have an issue with your order. Pretty much impossible to get anything resolved. Ordered flags and hardware. They only sent the flags, no hardware (the most expensive part). I paid extra for expedited shipping. When I called they wouldn't resend the hardware and wouldn't refund the shipping. Said they needed to launch an investigation and never got back to me.

This company is totally misleading. They have a registered address in Georgia, United States but clearly everything is produced and shipped from India. Therefore, production times are super slow and shipping takes forever. My business cards were good quality for what I paid, but there's no reason something as small as 500 business cards should be made and shipped from India! The company needs to be up front and not try to pretend to be a USA company. Check out their Yelp reviews. Most all are 1 star.

It took me twelve hours and five phone calls before I got the order correct. Pieces of one design showed up on the other. After a huge amount of effort on my part, the banners did arrive as ordered. Just need the order department to work as well as production.

UI was a little glitchy and I've used you before. Put in two images and only one showed up in cart. Order is all in just hoping they arrive on time.

I was searching for a company to make a custom banner at a very affordable price. When I found Banner Buzz, their online tools made the customization of my banner almost too easy. My banner preview looked, too perfect. I got to the "add ons" such as wind flaps, uv protection etc... which were all strangely affordable, so I added most of them and finally got to the price... I was STUNNED at how affordable this was! I completed payment and later received an email that the resolution of my image I used for part of my banner was to low, Banner Buzz's design team not only fixed this, but they did it for FREE and my banner looked even better! I assumed this would delay production and shipping but I received my BAD $#*! BANNER in a matter of days! To say that I'm THRILLED with the quality of not only my banner, but also Banner Buzz is a complete understatement! I HIGHLY recommend this company to ANYONE!
