It was super easy to design my sign, using my graphics and utilizing some of the tools like text and stickers. The product was received as would be hoped for. The signs are of good quality. I would have given 5 stars, except the "frames" that came with the yard signs were simply two rods to slip into your chosen openingss in the corregated type sign material. There is no framework whatsoever. A simple cross-bar would make it a bit sturdier and qualified it as a frame.

The final result was perfect! Everyone was very impressed with the quality. (The first set of proofs were disappointing because the spacing of text was not as I designed it, but your techs corrected everything for the second proof.) I was somewhat worried because this was my first order w/ BB. And I was surprised to learn that the banners were produced in India and shipped through Dubai to US. But everything worked very smoothly and the banners arrived on time in perfect condition. Kudos to your entire team!

Website and design tool are easy to use. The only thing that would make it better is if there was some way to confirm that your image resolution is appropriate/high enough.
I ordered 2 banners. Both of which had a big misprint on them. Honestly not sure who could look at this and NOT think there is an issue. I tried to contact them several times for a reprint or a refund but they won't respond.
Just look at their Instagram comments. So many customers are unhappy with their purchase and are getting ignored by customer service.
