So far so good. Although it took a bit of time to get the proofs where I wanted them to be, once it was right the product came quickly.

Very affordable, easy to create a design from provided template

I created two designs, one with 21 uploaded photos and the other with 28 - the quality of the 21 photo (jpegs) banner was good - fairly clear, including text - the 28 photo product resolution is poor - I explained that the same 21 photos which came out clear on the 21 photo banner were used for the 28 photo banner - they said the poor resolution was due to me adding 7 more photos - in most casesm the 21 photos were the same size for each banner and were the exact same jpeg file uploaded for each - I still don't have a good answer from them on why this happened and what can be done to improve the resolution for the 28 photo banner.

Smooth transaction! Had great communication with and chat representative. Very helpful. The print was great but when trying to apply to the intended surface, I got a lot of wrinkles. Ended up having to cut the graphic in sections to get it to apply to the surface as needed. I believe a thicker stock would have solved this issue.

The center image that I submitted was pixelated, and the designers did an amazing job at making it look amazing, and working with me until we got it right.

Second order with Banner Buzz. The first was a perforated window sign which was perfect. Great signs, but I followed your video and nearly ruined the first sign. Then I found a great installation video on the web and the second, larger, sign, went on with ease.

Took 3 tries to finalize transaction. I don't know if it was site issue, or my iPad.

The only negative thing is that the Text Tool jammed up the design page. Otherwise, great! Far more customization possible than other sites- you can you the exact colors that you want. Really liked the design options, but found I had to re-do it a few times as the page needed to continually load. However- a beautiful custom tablecloth is the result.

The discount totals are confusing. Was told there would be a place to add that but no fields for it. I didn't like how the flags came back uncentered on the back side of the flags. Other than that, all was good.

My oversized step and repeat banner was a big hit! I practically waited until the last minute to order, but BannerBuzz produced and shipped it to me in no time. It was beautiful and looked great in the photos. Quality was excellent. Five star service.

Discounts noted aren't reflected in total cost. The stretchiness of the fabric makes the white show through. The graphics you use also get quite distorted if further out from a small center radius.

Good day, Until this order, I have been quite happy with my purchases from BannerBuzz. In fairness, I approved the proof when it arrived. I thought it was only to approve the colour as in the past, and I did not realize that a white border had been added. The border ruins the cards and makes the design too small. I did not ask for a border and I did not design the card with one. Moments after approving it, I saw a notice claiming that the border had to be added. This was false, as the design was perfectly within the 2.5" x 3.5" parameters with which I design all trading cards. I immediately initiated a chat with customer service, who claimed that the cards had already been shipped. So little time had passed that I find this difficult to believe. I outlined my disappointment (and kept a copy of the chat) and the representative said that I would receive resolution within 72 hours. This did not happen. I would like to continue doing business with BannerBuzz, and still will if this matter is handled satisfactorily. My answers to these review questions are based upon this experience only. As I stated, my previous dealings with BannerBuzz have been quite positive. Thank you.

Site was easy. Customer service was great and the prices are unbeatable!

I can't believe I have to argue with customer service just to get a refund/credit for a job I no longer want. Who runs a business like this? How very disappointing that they could have had a customer for life, but chose to lose a customer over ONE order. Poor customer service.
