We needed a hanging banner for an upcoming trade show on a short deadline. We sent the graphics and they sent the proof back in less than an hour, amazing. We approved, they went into immediate production and in less than 3 days, it shipped and arrived at the warehouse in plenty of time. It looked fantastic and really highlighted our booth. Banner Buzz really came through in crunch time.
I did not receive the spike. Could you please send it. I had too much going on with the event to deal with it at the time. This is going to be an annual event so we will use this sign again. I would like the spike since we paid for it.

I spent hours back and forth with your designers' submissions and re-submissions, but in the end I did not get what I wanted. I wanted the image I sent you, to be turned into a flag, edge to edge, with no white border all around. When I rejected the design with white border all around, and asked for the image to have NO white border, your designer showed a stitching line that indicated that because of stitching I would lose a good part of my image. But that stitching line was NOT where it REALLY was stitched. Instead, my flag came back with a wide white border all around the image. BAD!

I reached out to FedEx to find the location of the decals but mentioned it got lost. Contacted BannerBuzz and they said they would look into it. I haven't heard from BannerBuzz but the package is obviously lost and have ordered the decals early August.

Love the product once it arrived but I paid for expeditated shipping it that did not happen. I received the items 4 days after I needed them and it pretty much turned into a waste. The company has yet to respond to my email for reimbursement of the shipping, which is an issue.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
