Ordered Big cat heads - great quality. Didn't think we would care but in hindsight I believe a stick or "handle" or just something to hold on to it with would have been the only thing that could have improved this item.

Just make sure you don't need to rely on proofing or expedited shipping from this company. They are from India or some other country in that area. So now we are importing products and relying on shipping through customs to get products. Their templates didn't have an area to show where the banner stitching was going to be so I had to adjust the design down about 2" additional to what I saw on the file. I had to re-upload the file, but there is no "upload new image" link or button on the orders page. I had to email them a file- but they have 2 emails that come to me about orders. Now that I'm a day and a half behind the original expedited shipping date because I couldn't get them a new file, for a new proof... They gave me an "on time" percentage of 89% the day before I needed to leave on a trip. I was within the 11% fail rate, and still paid for expedited and they didn't get me my package until a full day after the needed date. I tried to reroute the package mid-shipping knowing it wouldn't reach me in time. They wanted me to reject the package, then contact them (24 hour response time) then ask to reroute for an additional fee, wait for FedEx to come pick it up, and then reship the package. The prices are not low enough to have to rely on outside of the country for these products.
Seeing as how I didn't get the package in time, its literally still sitting in a box unopened. So I don't even know if the product itself is worth anything. If it sucks, I'll just throw it out.
Its not just the shipping, it was the entire file proofing and processing and response from them. They also gave zero F's about it being late or within their 11% fail rate. I'm totally done with this company. I use to use them for soccer banners and received them within 2 days if I needed it quick. Not they're pretty worthless for any type of timeline or tight deadline in my opinion. They also charge way more than advertised because they start at a banner only" cost. When you ask for materials to hang it that's when they charge an extra $300+. Its just another scam to rake you across the coals and not receive any good customer satisfaction, or even try to get your business back.

I ordered a banner for an event in plenty of time with a upgraded leather case. I approved the artwork and they shipped it in plenty of time. When I received the banner I realized they changed some of my wording when it went to print and created a typo which looked horrible. The leather case smelled like vomit and they would not give me a refund. I didn't realize they were shipping me a canvas bag, too. Had I realized they were going to include the canvas bag, I would not have added the leather bag which I threw away. I asked them to fix the typo and they said they would but they were going to ship it AFTER my event. I thought it was odd since they claim they print and ship overnight most times and they had already done this artwork previously. This was an error they made and I had to beg them to expedite the shipping so that I would have it in time for my event. In the end I did receive the banner with the typo fixed but it was such a frustrating experience all the way around that I will not likely do business with BannerBuzz again.

Expected my delivery on a Thursday but didn't know I would be expected to approve a proof. By the time I saw the email with the proof, I lost a day. Banner Buzz should do a better job of explaining the steps of their production. Had I known I was going to have to authorize a proof before they would process my order, I would have been looking for it. I received my order too late and the company did nothing to compensate me.

We needed a hanging banner for an upcoming trade show on a short deadline. We sent the graphics and they sent the proof back in less than an hour, amazing. We approved, they went into immediate production and in less than 3 days, it shipped and arrived at the warehouse in plenty of time. It looked fantastic and really highlighted our booth. Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
